Great little flat right in the heart of old town budva. Clean, modern inside and charming space. Great as a base for exploring for a couple of days. Be aware it's right next to a busy cocktail bar and a bell tower, but so is pretty much every place in this area. Paulina was a great host and everything was easy

The house was great—spacious, meticulously clean, and well furnished. It was also well-equipped, making our stay very comfortable. The hosts Ekatrina and Vlad were fantastic, always available and incredibly helpful, making us feel right at home. The facilities were good, with everything we needed, and the house is suitable for two couples as all facilities are double. The detached house is situated near beautiful beaches and nature and a lovely little beach town called Petrovac, providing a picturesque environment. A rental car is a must to fully explore and enjoy the area. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a wonderful and relaxed stay! The photographs shown are genuine and reflect the actual situation. We had a great one month stay and we would not hesitate to revisit.

Jelena was very hospitable and helpful. She allowed us to check-in early due to an early flight. My 2 year old had a wild time at the large garden and wonderful orchards. The house was the right size and kitchen had all that was needed for family cooking. The house had air conditioning in the living room and master bedroom which was amazing in the August heat. The area around the house is absolutely stunning. Though roads are very tricky, so not great for access through public transport or for inexperienced drivers. Overall we had an amazing time and would love to visit again.

We were honestly blown away - quiet literally! Nikola was friendly and professional, right from picking us up on the boat to dropping us back off. He made sure we felt at home, helped when we were stuck for groceries due to flight delays, and even threw in some house extras! The house was well equipped, with free kayaks to use, local restaurant, and the views were simply breathtaking. The only sounds were of birds chirping and boats gurgling. We had a couple of windy days, but that only made the experience more exciting. We had our breakfast on the patio, watched the sunset and stars appear, dipped in the river, bird watched, and went kayaking up to the monastery. Overall, a beautiful house in a breathtaking place of natural beauty, with a superb host... We recommend boating over to the restaurant in the summer. Many times we even watched the friendly restaurant owner pull out fish from the river - It was delicious.

The view is just amazing. The terrace is huge and all yours under your feet in Budva. The location of the house is outside the center and about 15 minutes away. Olga helped us with everything. If you have your own car and are coming to Budva, we would recommend staying here.

We had a very enjoyable stay. Due to delays in air traffic, we arrived 7 hours later than planned, in the middle of the night. Check-in was still straightforward and we were greeted with freshly baked bread and a stocked fridge. This made us forget about the arrival trip. Sanda was always friendly and helpful and gave us lots of recommendations on restaurants and destinations in the area. The place is highly recommended to get to know Montenegro.

We had an incredible stay at this cozy villa by the sea. Everything was perfect – from the breathtaking views to the peaceful surroundings. The garden was a dream, filled with mandarins and kiwi, which we enjoyed picking and tasting daily. The sweet scent of roses added to the charm and made our stay even more delightful. It was the ideal place to relax and feel connected to nature. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a beautiful and serene getaway!

Olivera’s place is very close to everything, you can walk to the bus station and also old town. The place is perfect for one or two persons, is clean, the shower is a little bit messy because doesn’t have curtains, but everything else is perfect. Also has a little terrace with a beautiful view to the garden.

Apartman Nera has spectacular views over Budva. Sonja and Neno are the most welcoming hosts we have stayed with on airbnb. Thank you for an unforgettable holiday.

We stayed for three days in October. The view from the balcony is always great, and even more dramatic with rainy clouds, but we also had the sunny mornings in the beautiful garden and were so lucky to be there in the time of ripe mandarins and pomegranates, of which we could take also to make juice… such a wonderful place! We felt really at home. In the evening we used the little iron stove because the nights can get chilly in the old stone house, but the stove heats up very quickly. Thank you for a great time, we would like to come back some day! And thank you for the late pick-up and the good communication!

I booked here for my best friends surprise 30th and it exceeded all expectations!! First time visiting Albania and Ambra helped me so much with every question I had. She was so helpful, always answered every questions and just was so responsive. Never had such an amazing airbnb host. Recommend places to go. I needed a decoration company and she put me in touch with someone and it was perfect. The views are insane. The restaurant near by Pelikani is just also top quality service and food. All of it was perfect. The house was so comfortable. I have no bad points. My recommendation would be to do lots of research if this is your first time travelling but also book with Ambra as she helped with everything.. taxis, supermarkets etc. we had a small power cut as of a storm and we had an electrician with us within 20 minutes. You must come here!!!.

Ahha came to pick us up to drive us to the apartment and then took us in shopping because we were on foot and we didn't know the city at all, at the slightest of our questions Ahha was answering right away that's what we call a superhost. the apartment is well insulated, spacious and faithful to the photos, the view is superb ( mountains and sea ) the bedding was spotless, the bath towels, towel, and blanket in sufficient number, in the kitchen nothing is missing to cook well To get to the city 10mn walk, a great view and many cats made a long way with us for those who love animals To go up between 15 and 20 minutes because it goes up but largely doable and quite pleasant We had a lovely stay Thanks to Ahha for allowing us to have a great stay Corine

We want to thank Dimitrije for his hospitality and for allowing us to stay in his apartment. The studio is very well equipped, everything you need for a very comfortable stay. It is located in an incredible place, with ocean views and just a 5-minute walk from the beaches, restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. It also has a swimming pool that we really enjoyed. Communication was very good, he always responds in less than a minute. We recommend this studio to couples who want to have an unforgettable vacation. We want to thanks also Dimitrije´s wife, she was great helping us with a little issue we had :).

Thanks to Mykhailo this place was felt like home! Super friendly and helpful owner. The only one disadvantage is that you don’t want to go.

We felt at home, the villa was in very good condition and Marco was very attentive to us. He helped us with everything we needed.

The house is taken care of on site by Zdravko - exceptionally friendly and communicative, as well as a helpful person. The whole is perfect for 2 families due to the division of rooms. We traveled in a 6+2 layout. The pool was clean, the water was perfect. an added bonus was cleaning during a week's stay. The view from the pool and terraces - dazzling. The whole tour is well-maintained. Private rocky beach and your own descent into the water. Sun loungers for reading in the shade. On-site sup and kayak - perfect for traveling to an island that's a reserve. The bay is calm, even on windy days the sea is calm. The house conditions will 100% meet all expectations. Despite the heat, the air conditioning easily cools the interiors and bedrooms. I highly recommend it for a perfect vacation.

A Little peace of paradise! We had the most fabulous 6 nights at the riverside cottage and had the most relaxing time. It has everything you need for river and outdoor rest and relaxation. Beautiful location and views which is well equipped for Verander Living. Cedo was the perfect host and is very kind and attentive. We definitely will return.

Aytaç provided quick answers to our questions. The house was clean and tidy as in the photos. It was a house we might want to stay in again.

Wonderful family nest in the mountains, very cozy. The house fills with the warmth and care of the family. Milan met us as the most dear guests, gave us tea, told us about the house and good places. The house is warm, there is heating in the form of air conditioners.

An amazing experience. Wish we could have stayed longer.
