We felt at home with Sabina. She was always there for you and gave helpful tips. We were in the low season which we saw very much as an advantage, no more party mile, very beneficial for people who like it a little quieter, the beaches are nicely empty . My family, a total of 7 people stayed at Liubov's. The villa is fantastic, 4 bedrooms , 4 bathrooms, a big terrace and a pool. The location is great, there are a few steps to the sea, the nearest small beach is also within walking distance. However, you need a car to shop or eat out. The view of the sea from the villa is magnificent. We stayed for 12 days, the whole villa was cleaned once, the beds were freshly made. The towels were exchanged very often, you don't have to bring bath towels from home, everything is available. The host is always available, she helps with the slightest problem right away. We really enjoyed our vacation and would book with Liubov again at any time:)

This was an amazing find in Sveti Sefan. Right on the beach with the best view. We had ample room for our family and it was so so comfortable. Excellent communication from the host Misha too. The apartment was exactly as described.

We stayed in this cozy house for a month, and we loved it. It’s surrounded by a charming garden with pomegranates, barberries, and palms, and there’s a huge gazebo covered in kiwi vines. We enjoyed tangerines, pomegranates, apples, and nuts from the garden and spent lots of time outside. For our kids (we have three), it was especially delightful: they searched for snails in the grass, spotted lizards on sun-warmed stones, and found it all incredibly exciting. Inside, the house has a neat and bright interior. The kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of dishes and everything we needed, while the bedrooms have lots of bedding and towels.The living room has two large, comfortable sofas and enough space for a big group to relax. The host is incredibly attentive and kind, helping us with everything—from unloading our belongings to even assisting with a parking ticket fine 😆 He always resolved any issues we had. We’re very grateful ❤️

Aleksandars place in cold bay is an absolute dime! The location in the bay could not be better and I had the most peaceful month there. Since I went outside of the high season there were only very few but friendly people there and Aleksandar was easy to communicate with if there were questions. Cannot recommend enough!

The accommodation was great, with a wonderful view and a great location. Beach, shops and promenade, all just a few minutes from the room. I recommend the accommodation. The only minus was the evening noise from the disco club on the beach, but neither the owner nor the accommodation is responsible for that.

Absolutely loved staying at Marko and Daniela’s place! Great location and beautiful views of the sea and old town! Amazing hosts with great communication and a warm welcome when we arrived. Would definitely recommend!

We stayed for three days in October. The view from the balcony is always great, and even more dramatic with rainy clouds, but we also had the sunny mornings in the beautiful garden and were so lucky to be there in the time of ripe mandarins and pomegranates, of which we could take also to make juice… such a wonderful place! We felt really at home. In the evening we used the little iron stove because the nights can get chilly in the old stone house, but the stove heats up very quickly. Thank you for a great time, we would like to come back some day! And thank you for the late pick-up and the good communication!

We had a nice time here. The property is very modern, well equipped and very clean. With the available kayak, you can explore the area very well from the sea directly from the in-house sea access. The hosts were courteous and helpful... gladly.

Quiet friendly place. Very helpful gateway. Everything is as described. 15 minutes walk to the beach. 15 minutes by car to the center of the bar.

We were greeted by the front desk at our entrance to the house, she accompanied her to our apartment. That was very kind. The house was nicer than you saw in the photos. We especially loved the balcony view. Everything we might need in the kitchen was considered. The house was very clean. Location was good. It was as close as 3 minutes on foot to Budva Old Town. Great location to explore the region, from Stari Bar to Kotor! Short drive to Budva and 10mins walk (going down) to a very nice beach with many options and water activities. Nice view from the balcony. Everything you need for a great family vacation.

We really enjoy our stay at this cozy and clean house. Beautiful view from the terrace to the sea and the mountains, clean swimming pools. The local kitties came to visit. The only negative is that without a car it will be inconvenient. The city, shops, entertainment and the sea are a little far away. 15 minutes by car. Thanks for the hospitality!

We highly recommend staying here! Milunka and Christian were fantastic hosts and made us feel right at home. Not only is the property beautifully situated with exceptional views from the roof garden, it was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The pool is great and sharing it with other guests was never a problem. Our apartment was very private, under beautiful kiwi and orange trees. They have created a wonderful place here above the hustle and bustle of the beach. A lot of thought has gone into making this place special and their attention and care towards the guests was remarkable. Thank you both!

Lovely and convenient house with spacious bedrooms, a pool, and garages. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, arranging the grill and pool every morning. It could have had a bit more equipment in the kitchen, but we had a great time.

Quiet, well-maintained. We spent 7 nights here. Good Water as a town didn't impress us. Crowds of people, hustle and bustle, plastic. There is no contact with nature. There are a lot of shops - it's very convenient. The building itself, in which the apartment is located, is a complex of apartments with access to the pool and down to the sea - there are sun loungers and umbrellas free of charge for guests, but people occupy them early in the morning. A path there amidst beautiful vegetation, perfect for taking photos-especially at sunset. Descent to the sea on a ladder or slippery stairs - take your bathing shoes. The direct descent from the apartment to the pool is very comfortable. When other people were in the pool, the noise was not tiring, because due to the air conditioning, there are doors and windows closed. The terrace is clean with a beautiful view. Perfect for a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Host punctual and responsible. Very good contact. We rented a car from him for two days. Everything went smoothly. Thank you!

The apartment provided everything for living (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, tea and coffee). A complete set in the kitchen. At the meeting, Maja talked about the city and the places that she recommends to visit. And we were allowed early check-in and late check-out. A traditional house in the style called 'ethno'......This airbnb is the place to go.....The friendliest host Neda will say "Hello".....And Snoopy the dog such an handsome fellow....Spotlessly clean with hints off yellow.....Like a canvas by Picasso..... Prsut, homemade cheese and balls off dough.....served with loze and vino 'crno'.....the perfect place to relax and feel mellow! :)
