A fantastic place in the southern part of the island! The house is spacious, well-equipped with everything you need for a long stay, and located in a peaceful area surrounded by nature. There's also a convenient grocery store nearby.

The accommodation is clean, bright with all the necessary amenities located in the trendiest area of the island. The only downside is privacy, privacy. The terrace and garden are part of the accommodation but the people living in the owner's house, just next door, circulate there to go out and enter.

We very much liked the place, it's super quiet and very tasty. Felipe always ran after things when we needed it, so we didn't have a problem with anything. The place is very well ajeitadinho and the space was very well thought out, with a very cozy design. The neighborhood is very quiet in the neighborhood. If you have your own car it pays a lot because it gets easier, if it's not a bit far from the main tourist spots of Floripa. But in general we liked it a lot and when we went back to spend a season in Floripa, we would certainly stay in the same location.

The apartment is located a few blocks from the beautiful beach of Jurerê. It's quite comfortable, I found it in perfect condition at check in. Clécio was willing to arrange an early check-in and was always available to ask questions and provide friendly suggestions. I highly recommend the apartment
