Fernando Fantastico!! Fernando has been a Superhost for a long while and we now know why. Nothing was too much trouble. On the rare occasions he couldn't immediately answer his mobile he would call back or message very quickly. As mentioned in other reviews, the pool, pool area and gardens are fantastic. Fernando built the villa himself over 20 years ago an like most us, 20 years of wear and tear mean there are bits and pieces that are showing a little age. However, Fernando makes the absolute best of what his lovely home has to offer. The villa is quite secluded. Expecting to use taxis in this area is a very patchy business. Although Fernando helped us out on several occasions, it would be very unfair to continue to make demands on him and so having hire cars is an absolute must. Beach a 10 min walk. Tip: Shop at LIDL (around 7km). To just use this place as just a base would be a waste. We spent 95% of our stay within the villa and loved every single second. Thank you Fernando

we absolutely loved it. it's a fantastic place to go with a bigger group of people. Every bedroom has it's own bathroom which is amazing. the view is breathtaking. We had a wonderful time. Gilles is super friendly and very quick to reply the same for the tram that did the check in. Can highly recommend.

After staying at many many Airbnb’s throughout the world and being host of one ourselves, we can undoubtedly say that this is the most phenomenal Airbnb we have ever stayed at! It is stunning, more than we ever could’ve imagined or asked for. The host were incredibly responsive And helped us many times due to luggage issues. Highly highly highly recommend!

Beautiful house, great setting provided you enjoy being a bit remote from more touristic cities and beaches, fully equipped the way a house is equipped when owners sometimes live in it. Five real bedrooms plus a couple of extra areas which can accommodate additional younger guests, perfect for a large family or a group of friends. The host Mathieu and his team are extremely nice, reactive, willing to find solutions quickly for any minor problem that may arise. I would rent this house again in a heart beat, and would easily recommend it to my friends.

There were 10 of us celebrating a birthday down here. Spacious luxury house directly on the beach. Large pool and several areas where you could pull away if you needed to work or have a quiet moment. Andrea and her husband were so nice and quick to respond and fix if there was any thought. Tasteful, luxurious and thoughtful with all modern touches as well as technical solutions. A dream home I would like to have for family and friends. Villa Thorodin gets 5 stars.

Great villa and pool, lots of nice beaches nearby

We stayed at this villa for 2 weeks with a group of 11 including 2 families with 4 young children 2-6. The villa had everything we needed and wanted in a beautiful area only 10-15 minutes drive away from some incredible beaches. The biggest draw to this villa for us was the pool, though, and it did not disappoint! We chose to pay extra to have it heated and it was well worth it as we used it everyday. We also really enjoyed the ping pong table downstairs and the many places to sit and enjoy the beautiful view outside. The stairs were always a worry because of the kids, but as to be expected and luckily no one had an accident! Also, The host was very helpful in answering all of our questions before booking. We agreed we’d probably stay again if we ever came back to this area!

Everything is great, the house is very clean, tidy and complies with what is shown in the photos. The owners are very friendly and helpful with any suggestions from their guests. An entire experience, both during the stay at the house and in the surrounding environment. Super recommended and trip to repeat.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Casa Cora! Everything exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything we needed. The pool area was a dream, such a perfect place to relax and unwind. Staying at this place was really pleasant and comfortable experience. Neighbourhood was quiet and the view was amazing from apartment! Bigger foodstores were a longer distance so rental car was necessary.

The treatment was exceptional from start to finish and the house was exactly what we were looking for. They gave us ease both at the entrance and at the exit, leaving us a lot of flexibility (which is very much appreciated). We would repeat without a doubt.

Stayed at the villa for a girls trip for my Auntys 60th. Kevin the host messaged me and responded to my requests/queries weeks before we arrived. Kevin went shopping for welcome drinks for us on my request. Kevin met us at the property and gave us a tour of the apartment and showed us how it all worked. Everything about it was great. The pool was lovely and lots of space. Kevin arranged all our taxis into Benidorm each night. It’s 20 euros per way in a taxi into Benidorm centre. Be aware there are 2 streets with the same name as the villa one of which is in the centre of Benidorm. This caused a lot of confusion booking our airport transfers and when trying to get taxis back on an evening. Always keep correct address on you! Only con was some of the rooms didn’t have air con just fans so it could get so hot when sleeping! It is not walking distance to Benidorm drive only. I would definitely stay here again! Thanks

We did a company leadership meeting at The Adelante House and it was absolutely amazing. The house is amazing for hosting a large group. All of the bedrooms are equally nice and have on-suites so there was no fighting over rooms and everyone had a wonderful space for themselves. The outside is magical and was the perfect backdrop for strategy sessions. Cris, our host, was fantastic and super responsive anytime we needed anything, including arranging a chef for some meals that was fantastic. I can’t recommend this property enough and would absolutely return again. I would recommend you have a car with you in the area though as there is not much walkable from the property and taxis are a bit difficult to arrange.

Amazing villa, was exactly how it looked in the photos

Our stay at Stephane’s far exceeded our expectations, it’s got everything you need, there’s so much space inside and outside of the villa and it’s absolutely stunning. We had 4 young children in our party who all loved their stay. The supermarkets and all amenities, restaurants and beaches are an 8 minute drive away so the location was superb. Despite it being over 30 degrees in Alicante at the time, because of the position of the villa it had a lovely breeze so it never felt too hot. The owners were very responsive with any minor issues that we had, we’d go back again in a heartbeat, thankyou for having us!

We were 16 guests. We were a mixed group with children, youths and adults. Great place to recommend. Recommend renting a car

Lovely Villa in a nice quiet area

Great week away with the family, the property had everything and more for our 18 month old son including high chair, cot and some toys. Petar was fantastic and even went out to pick us up some essentials for our first night as our flight landed fairly late. Would stay again without a doubt.

Second time visiting this villa. It’s a good location, walking distance to little beach bars for a drink at the end of day, or a swim off the rocks there. Mas y Mas supermarket is a 2 minute drive with everything you need. Villa is clean, comfortable with everything you need and good value. We have visited Moraira a good number of times now and stayed in other villas , but they are often a long way up the hills and no where near walking distance to anything. The fact that this one is so close to the beach, with everything you need so close by, makes it Ideal.

Perfect place and Karen is a wonderful host! She took care of all our requests immediately, with no issues for late check-in. Place itself is very well maintained, spacious and well isolated so you could feel being on your own. With two teenagers we definitely benefited from the big, nicely heated pool and table tennis. What a stunning villa! Pool was great, even bigger than in the photo. We had a fantastic week at this place, plus: communication with the host went well. When the fridge was broken, a new one was delivered the day after. Recommended!

An absolutely lovely villa - splendid pool, a number of places to sit in various spaces in the garden - and full sky access to BBC, ITV and sky sports, which was an unexpected bonus! We will certainly be looking to return.

My partner and I visited this Villa for a two week break. It was a lovely peaceful stay. It has everything you need for a relaxing holiday and lots of outside space. The pool is lovely and kept very clean. We spent lots of evenings having BBQs. Tracy was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We will definetly be returning. mairi's house is an excellent option to visit Jávea. Gather all the features that a vacation home should have and therefore ideal to enjoy every moment of your stay. The house and the estate are better than what the photos show...pool and wonderful environment, the views, ample space to park in the estate 2-3 cars. the house with a thousand details of style and good taste, the perfect air conditioning, the spaces to eat diverse and well thought about the spaciousness of the bedrooms and kitchen... in the end a really good vacation home.
