We had a fantastic stay, Daniel is a great host and is always available for any questions you may have about the area. The property has plenty of indoor and outdoor space and is perfectly situated in a quiet area of the town with everything you need within walking distance.

Fernando was super nice and thoughtful, the house super clean and with an incredible intimacy, it is very well located since it is close to the beach and restaurants, it is a house in the countryside and perfect to have intimacy and go with your partner, it also has an area for children and animals. I recommend it to everyone and surely come back with my partner because we loved it.

We've hosted my friends and I for a summer trip and it's been great. It is a very comfortable house with beautiful views. Very tidy and clean, comfortable rooms. The area is ideal, close to the train station, the beach and the old town of Altea. Host Alex was polite and kind at all times. I definitely recommend this place.

We absolutely loved our two month stay! We had everything we needed. Our dog was welcome as well. It's only a one minute walk to the beach and there were some restaurants in walking distance. I would suggest renting a car for the time there. Or you can always take a taxi as well. We already recommended the place to our friends and families. Thank you for everything!

Great place to stay! We spend 16 days here and it really felt like home. We got new bed sheets (didn’t asked for it). House is big enough. Very clean. Great host. Would definitely recommend 👌🏼

We had a nice month in Denia, very smooth with three separate bedrooms upstairs and kitchen/living room on the ground floor. Clean and nice, good standard and lovely with a small patio and garden as well as pool. Would definitely consider going back

Great place to disconnect. Much like glamping with the bathroom and kitchen being separate from the bedroom cabin. North facing with beautiful views. Worth noting that it’s very chilly in winter time so be prepared, bring jumpers! Lots of great hikes and things to do nearby, excellent host who gave tons of recommendations and was super helpful and informative. Lovely place to stay with our dog and unwind off the grid. Thilo was very helpful and kind at all times. The accommodation is a wonder in the middle of a quiet environment to unwind and enjoy the pool, and our two dogs have enjoyed it like the most. We definitely recommend it!

Great week away with the family, the property had everything and more for our 18 month old son including high chair, cot and some toys. Petar was fantastic and even went out to pick us up some essentials for our first night as our flight landed fairly late. Would stay again without a doubt.

Had a great stay. The host responded quickly to our questions and is very flexible, nice because our departure flight was delayed and we were with a baby.

We stayed at this villa for 2 weeks with a group of 11 including 2 families with 4 young children 2-6. The villa had everything we needed and wanted in a beautiful area only 10-15 minutes drive away from some incredible beaches. The biggest draw to this villa for us was the pool, though, and it did not disappoint! We chose to pay extra to have it heated and it was well worth it as we used it everyday. We also really enjoyed the ping pong table downstairs and the many places to sit and enjoy the beautiful view outside. The stairs were always a worry because of the kids, but as to be expected and luckily no one had an accident! Also, The host was very helpful in answering all of our questions before booking. We agreed we’d probably stay again if we ever came back to this area!

Great house with wonderful views of the sea. Check-in went smoothly and there was always a quick answer to any questions. The amenities are perfect for a holiday and the pool in summer is just great.

First of all, I want to say that check-in went really smoothly. We were very warmly welcomed and the communication during the stay also went wonderfully. When a shutter had to be repaired, this was done right away. The pool is very nice - a little cold without pool heating in October - and is cleaned once a week. We were a total of 5 families, the house is a good size and it all had enough space. The kitchens were well equipped, everything was clean when we arrived. The upper apartment is really very nice, the lower one (where you are most of the time) would need a small renovation, especially the bathrooms. But that was ok too. The outdoor area is nice, there is plenty of seating, a large barbecue, billiards, table tennis ….. There are many great restaurants nearby, the beaches are easily accessible and there is plenty of shopping. All in all we had a very nice stay!

The villa was amazing, with great views, a great pool, and all very private. It had everything we needed for a very relaxing few days. Fareen was a wonderful host, always responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay again!

We really liked Joanna's house. We felt very comfortable. The location is very nice, located directly on Montgo from where you can take hikes. Overlooking the ocean, it's spectacular. In 10 minutes you are in the center of Dénia, on foot in about 45 minutes. There is everything you need to live in the house. Joanna is a very nice landlady and responds extremely quickly to requests. We enjoyed a lot!

It was wonderful, as soon as we arrived we were delighted with the house, very quiet and welcoming area with very good attention from the hosts. If you want to have a good family time it's the ideal place.

The house is in a residential area, of villas, very quiet and very nice and tidy. The property has a driveway access with parking, very comfortable. As described, the first floor is inhabited, but the person present, extremely discreet, we never perceive it. View only on arrival and departure. You access the spaces provided by a reserved gate and you reach the beautiful outdoor space with swimming pool, kitchenette, barbecue area and table with chairs and sofas. What can I say: wonderful! The spaces are very comfortable, 3 bedrooms of very good size, 2 bathrooms, comfortable living room and equipped kitchen. Truly a beautiful solution! Congratulations to Lena on the house and her availability and kindness!

Here, the overall package has far exceeded our expectations. Johan is a fantastic host. He is always available for help and advice if you have any questions. His sympathetic manner and helpfulness are absolutely exemplary. The house is a real feel-good oasis! Everything is very clean and furnished with a lot of love for detail. Not only the pool is a highlight, but also the many different retreat areas where you can relax. The kilometer-long, very beautiful beach is only a few minutes from the house. Here we took extensive walks. Conclusion: A house where we have been raving. We don't know anything to improve!

A great stay. Ika is always available and attentive. There were two of us and a small Dog The outdoor space is spacious. The house is next to the beach. Very clean, with all amenities and a walk from the village. We only need a small door on the garden fence, although there is no danger since the development is closed.

A place that makes you feel right at home. Very close to the beach, amazing communal pool, but also private and peaceful. A really great place. To be recommended.
