This is a great value for money! The terrace is amazing, the bed is super comfortable and cozy, the sheets are clean, the hot water is running, the wi-fi is working, what else do we need? :) It was super important for us to be available to check-in in the middle of a night, we had no problem to do so thanks to super friendly co-host Analia. The apartment is well equipped with washing machine, hairdryer, etc, although we lacked some kitchen utensils (the frying pan needs to be renovated..). The surroundings are pleasant, the park nearby is awesome! I’m not sure it’s super safe at night especially a couple of blocks away, but we had no problem. The street was quiet at night. Overall, I felt like home — looking at all these greens out of the window.

Very commendable to Oscar's apartment, he is very friendly and I let us check in earlier and check out later, he is always available. The apartment is fine for two people, close to restaurants and Lanús train station, it communicates with CABA and the rest of GBA! Highly recommended, I would definitely go back to Oscar's apartment!

Gustavo is extremely attentive and a great host. The apartment is great, clean, simple and complete for a nice stay, very well located next to a metro station, making it easy to access any part of the city. We would definitely stay at the place again!

Diego was always very friendly, he explained everything I had to know tried to help me in everything. and in my opinion I think there is no better place for an airbnb you literally have everything nearby. it is a pretty safe place and with quite a few collectives/buses since it is a main street.
