Vacation rentals with breakfast in Valencia

Super nice host that responds quickly. The location is a little further away than hoped. Google maps gives a certain time to Valencia in advance, but for the cozy part the travel time is x2. Supermarket and other amenities all very far away, something we Dutch people are not used to:) The house was great if you love peace and quiet. Swimming pool can be a little cleaner (doesn't seem to be a filter), beds are really too small for several couples. A little more towels would also be a godsend for several days. Airconditioners do their job well by floor!

The house is a wonder, the host has been super aware of if we needed anything, the house has everything in terms of amenities and the spectacular terrace, it's worth it.

Maria's place is wonderful, and what makes it even better is Maria and Vincent, who are very friendly and make you feel right at home from the moment you walk through the door. The parking is on the street and was easy to find. The house is in a not-crowded neighborhood so it is very quiet. The room was very large and included a private terrace over looking a park. The room was quiet and private. The bed was comfortable and we got a good nights sleep. The wifi was strong and reliable. The shower pressure was strong and the water was the right temperature. We enjoyed breakfast in their lovely backyard, listening to the birds chirp and the breeze rustle through their beautifully manicured garden. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely stay here again.

A very nice place near the beach, very cozy and Angela was very attentive, she was very special with us along with her husband. Without a doubt, if I go back to Valencia, I would book with them. The very nice place to stay.

We loved the vibe of the place, the tranquility , the laid-back attitude of the host and the fact that the accommodation is dog-friendly is a big plus. Enough space to explore for our dachshund! Breakfast was amazing and we loved the view from our terrace. If you are looking for a quiet place just outside of the city this is the place to be.

We were surprised by the house, located in a villa next to more houses with a huge community space with all kinds of facilities, totally recommended.

jose Antonio is the most amazing host I think, he takes care of the renters and makes us feel as comfortable as staying here and in their own home.The bathroom and kitchen are also very clean. The room is also very quiet when sleeping. The traffic in this town is very convenient. The bus 27 can take you to a lot of places you want to go. It is very convenient. The jose also carefully prepared the special paella and chicken rice for us. We ate dinner and drink wine and chat. He was our first Spanish friend we met in Valen. We really liked him, I think we would stay in touch.

Great little attic apartment in a busy neighbourhood with lots of places to eat and drink. About 20min walkable to Old Town. Spotlessly clean & comfortable and hosts were very communicative!

Excellent and responsive host. Nice extras provided like milk, croissants, coffee pods, shower gel and soap and even a packet of crisps! Gave lots of local recommendations. Apartment is in a great location with lots to see and do in the surrounding areas. Walkable all main areas of Valencia. Super-fast internet of approx 600Mbps +. He was a great host and I have no reservations in recommending this property.

We had a lovely stay at this well-located apartment in Valencia. Everything was as advertised, clean, well-equipped and very pleasant to live in. The perfect location to discover the city on foot or bus (close to the historic center, Turia Park and the beach). Our hosts were very responsive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this property.

We had a lovely stay at Martina's. She had left tea and little cakes for welcoming us which was nice. Her place was very conveniently located for airport. Turia Park couple of minutes away. We also liked the Peruvian restaurant on the corner of the building. No fuss tasty food. We slept really well every night, which was needed as we were averaging 19 000 steps a day. We will recommend Martina's place happily.

Very clean, spacious, everything you need for a city break. Managed to get free on street parking. There was a problem with check in which was sorted straight away with no fuss. Easy to hop on the bus into the city centre or to the beach. Nice and quiet once inside. Had a great stay. Very good value for what we paid.

1) Andrea's treatment has been excellent. From the first moment, he has provided us with a lot of tourist and useful information that has facilitated the stay. 2) The location to visit The City of Arts and Sciences is very good. 10-15 minutes walk. We went with children aged 5 and 8 and there was no problem. To go downtown we've also gone on. We also used taxi (between 7 and 10€) the trip. Although you can also go by bus. The stop is at the gate. 3) The house is beautiful and spacious. Very clean and with everything you need. 4) Very grateful for the breakfast on the first day. Comes great if you don't feel like going to buy. although you have a Mercadona very close! In short, a very good experience. Highly recommended.

I had an amazing stay at Lara's place! The apartment was exactly as described. Clean, well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect, close to the Benicalap Metro Station. Lara was incredibly welcoming and responsive, ensuring everything was perfect throughout my stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommended it to anyone visiting Valencia.

Located in the heart of Valencia. The girl who always looked after us. Very clean and relaxed place and nice Breakfast is the very good croissants! We'll be back for sure!

This residence with its very welcoming staff is recommended without a second thought. Breakfast included. Modern, very clean with everything you need for your linen. A little far from the center of Valencia is the only reserve point, but 5 minute walk to Godella station (where there is a bar and restaurant)

Very nice apartment! Close to everything. Exactly like the pictures. Great Chinese food all around! The apartment was bright and cheery and I really enjoyed my stay.
