Beach house vacation rentals in Valencia

We had the best, most relaxing time in José’s apartment. Great location 2 mins from the beach, the kitchen is so well put together and equipped. When I come back to this great city I will look to stay here again!

The stay was great. Rocio has responded quite quickly at all times. The accommodation is ideal to spend a few days with friends, with a great location, and well cared for. We would repeat our stay again

We were received in a very friendly manner by Iris, Carmen's daughter, who speaks excellent English. The apartment is very tasteful and practical. Everything was perfect and exceeded our expectations. The neighborhood is very lively and authentic. You can also quickly reach the beach and the harbor region. The city center is also within easy reach by bus or metro.

From the first moment, Laura was super kind and flexible. He gave us a lot of recommendations to be able to go downtown. Also, he left us a lot of stuff in the home for breakfast, chopping and fruit, also bath towels, gel, shampoo, etc. When checking out it also gave us a lot of flexibility of schedules and recommendations to eat a good rice. A totally 10 experience!!

Espe’s place was fantastic. A great location for walking to the beach, the bus/ metro stops, and the local market. The area felt really friendly and there were excellent local bakeries and bars. A large nearby park was a great bonus for our 6 year old. The house was spotless, well proportioned and had comfortable beds. Getting in and out of the house with keyless entry was really easy.

The first impression of the entire family, when we entered and toured the apartment, was, “This looks even better than the pictures”. The apartment is beautiful, it was extremely clean, had all the amenities, and was super well taken care of. The host replied almost immediately anytime we had questions. It is located in a beautiful, quiet, and clean area right next to the beach and sea. We ended up extending our stay here 2x! Incredible host and apartment. Thank you for the wonderful stay. Arianna was very responsive and helpful, and a very pleasant person to communicate with. My biggest aim was to find a quiet and peaceful place where I can recover and rest, and this was one of the few places where my Finnish peaceful and quiet standards were met in reality. Mostly you only heard sounds of nature, such as sea and birds. I can really recommend this place for anyone who wants to avoid hectic surroundings. In addition, the few people living in the neighborhood in off-season are extremely nice and helpful. The big garden allows enjoying nature without leaving the yard. My timing for traveling was a bit poor because of DANA storms but it was nice to have heating in the house in colder weather and Arianna was active to solve any issues that the storm created. It was a bit challenging to travel without a car. To get groceries or to see around I recommend a taxi or bike because it’s few km to the nearest supermarket. I definitely plan to come back here in the future :)

Santiago was responsive and helpful. The house is very spacious, accommodated 7 adults and 4 children with ease. There is a large fenced off area in the back where children can play safely.

Very happy with the service and the house, everything was great and just what we were looking for. If we return to the area, we will definitely choose this house again.

The accommodation was perfect and matched the description. Communication was very smooth. We had everything we needed and the garden is beautiful.

Great location, beautiful property and extremely helpful and responsive hosts. Only way that the stay could have been improved would be if the pool was heated, but we were there in April.

Raul is an exceptional host. He is very committed, welcoming, smiling and with very good advice. He anticipated everything and prepared everything in advance so that our stay with our small family went smoothly. Very nice apartment and perfect for a family with small children. Quiet and very well located accommodation, 3 min walk to the beach for families looking to disconnect from the stress of the city. Beautiful pool with a good temperature and children's area as well. We had a great time, we were greeted by Paco, very friendly and willing. The house is great with incredible space and garden, the best pool. Without a doubt, if we return to the area we will take this house.

This Airbnb was wonderful for my family of four to stay in during our time in Valencia! It was DIRECTLY on the beach, which was incredible, and the location could not have been more perfect. The house itself is older and there’s a few things that could be fixed up (the shower door frame is cracked and the main bedroom door didn’t close completely and the window shades were hard to open, little things like that) but the price was such an amazing value that it didn’t matter to us, and the location is the best in Valencia. If you’re looking for a beach rental that is basic and clean and don’t care as much about frills, this is the perfect place. Aiator was also an excellent host and was available whenever we wrote with a question, and we can definitely recommend this house for a basic beach stay. For the value and location, this is absolutely a five star Airbnb. There are stairs up to the main door, which we didn’t mind, there’s room to leave a stroller in the private entryway. Amazi

We had a pleasant stay at Victor's house, it was very clean and easy to find, the kitchen and the terraces were great, the Check-in and Check-out were easy to plan with Victors help. Highly recommend :)

Amelia is a super thoughtful host both inside the house and to let us know what to see and do in Puerto Sagunto. The apartment is very cozy and super close to the beach.

Unfortunately we have to be there when Valencia flooded, in the house nor noticed ; Sara was continually worrying that everything was fine. The house is very nice and in second line of the beach. Clean and with enough utensils. The area does not have much leisure but for a walk it is very quiet. Thank you Sara you have served us a lot of help .

I've given it 5 stars Since the stay was very pleasant for us. You fall off the bed and are on the beach. Definitely the location is fantastic. There are still a few people in mid-July. The deal with Eva and her sister Gema was easy and cordial, always willing to help us in everything necessary.

Lovely place, ideal for a group of friends as not much privacy between rooms. Only a couple minutes walk to the amazing beach and a supermarket nearby. Well equipped kitchen perfect for some cooking.

Honestly the best experience I’ve ever had with an AirBNB host. Hope to stay at one of Jose’s places again!

Very friendly hosts, from check-in to checkout, everything was negotiable. The apartment was extremely clean and tidy! It is within walking distance of the beach and public transport is also easily accessible.
