Great accommodation, clean and with everything you need. Vicente was very friendly, advised us on services in the area and was available for everything we needed.

Ilaria’s homey apartment was a wonderful base for a family trip to Valencia. A nice 15 minute walk from the old city, the area is a really authentic feeling slice of Valencia, full of small shops, playgrounds, and some nice, very un-touristy restaurants. The apartment building is full of quiet families and friendly, older residents, the apartment itself is very clean and as advertised. Ilaria was a helpful and responsive host. For the very reasonable price, we thought this was excellent value and would recommend to anyone seeking a quiet, comfortable and local experience of the city….

Fantastic stay in a lovely apartment, walking distance to the beach, and lots of lovely cafes and restaurants near by. Supermarkets close by as well. Easy public transport links into the city centre. The apartment is really well-equipped, and well-maintained. Communication with Olga was timely and responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay in the studio apartment and had everything we needed. Great walking distance to the beach and local restaurants. The property was clean and exactly as described, we were lucky to have early check-in that really made a difference. Would def recommend staying.

Everything was as offered by Ruben, communication with him was also excellent as he answered all our questions quickly and clearly. It was definitely a great experience!

We spent 3 nights. Everything was very clean, tidy and modern. I felt at home. the only one but it was the floor in front, 4B, the last night they were partying, sticking voices, sticking doors... I couldn't catch an eye until they got tired at 5 am.

Great cozy place with very easy parking just above a restaurant. Great to explore the surrounding area.

Spotless apartment, very well located spacious, close to lockers to drop off the suitcases and arrive at night. We loved it.

The stay with Juan y rocio was very pleasant, Airbnb just like the pictures and private. It smelled very well and it is clean and with all the services they advertised even coffee capsules for the coffee machine! Great
