The delivery of keys and the collection was quick and clear, then he recommended some restaurants in the area and the apartment is as is in the listing, the area is very well close to the beach and leisure areas and you also have a Carrefour at the door of the house

Stay in a family place. Tennis court, paddle, pedestrian, pool. Beach a few meters away with private access. An apartment with everything you need for your stay in terms of utensils and linens and bathrooms. Outdoor indoor parking spot right there. Elevator and access to people with disabilities. Smart tv, internet, washing machine, dryer, oven, microwave, hob... You don't miss anything from home.

The accommodation is very nice, new, super clean, attention to detail everything, with two very complete bathrooms. For babies offers mini crib and bathtub for them. Very complete kitchen, the apartment is very good with garage included. Ambrosio answers and always resolves doubts, if I would come back in the same place it has been 10. The place is perfect for us - close to the beach, with enough space for a family (the study turned into a 3rd bedroom), very homely and cosy - it really is a home away from home! But what stood out was Naty and Adonai’s kindness and genuine concern for us, something that is very rare to find in a rental. From the minute we arrived, Naty treated us like family, being so warm especially to my children. We were there during the storm/DANA in Valencia and we felt really safe. A day after the storm, we checked out to go to another destination but encountered difficulty going out of Valencia. Despite not being their problem, Adonai went out of his way to help us find an alternative accommodation, making sure that we were safe and had a place to stay that night. Naty also sent us government warnings and info on road closures to help with our journey. We were so lucky to have met people like them. They embody the true spirit of an airbnb, the human connection and compassion.

Wow! Wonderful apartment, fantastic location and lots of space. Thought of all the details! Luxury! But next to the fantastic apartment, the service is very good. Accessibility top, friendliness top, service-oriented top. We often sleep in beautiful hotels, but Katie has set the service level of airbnb at a very high level. Katie gave us a fantastic marathon weekend! If we go back to Valencia, we will come back! Thank you!!

Juan's place was perfect for us. We were in Valencia for the marathon, so a ground floor apartment with good accessibility to the city centre was important. Juan was super friendly and incredibly helpful. Communication was great, information plentiful which really helped us planning. Nice welcome package on arrival. The apartment was really comfortable and had everything that we needed for our stay. Just a short walk over to the old town, bus stops close by. Top tip though if you want to get a taxi to locations on the other side of the gardens (old town side), cross over the bridge and order or hail a cab from there. If you order one from the apartment they have to go round in a big circle to get back to the one-way system. We saved a good few euros once we realised that! If you like natural light that is the only thing that is lacking, but as a result it's incredibly private. Overall we had a fantastic time in Valencia and Juan's apartment was perfect for us.

An excellent apartment in a fantastic location! Its central position makes it ideal for walking to the many tourist attractions in the old town. Equally well located for short taxi trips to the airport (20mins), Bioparc (20mins) and Ciutat de les Arts i les Ciencies (20 mins). Great restaurant recommendation's from Anna Maria, but if you want to eat in, the Central Market is just a few minutes away.

Nice stay, the accommodation is located inside a building, with communal entrance with other homes, and the windows face the interior patio, which gives it peace of mind. Although it is not very acoustically insulated as you could hear steps from the upper floor.

Stay of 10!!!! All luxury of details, it has everything you need!! Welcome details, wine, chocolates, peak, breakfast, erotic games!!! The baker goes by in the morning, everything was very clean and the perfect location. Silvia recommended everything we needed, to visit, where to eat, how to access the apartment!! All in all, SPECTACULAR!!

the apartment has a very beautiful view, it is spacious and well equipped for 6. the linens are of very good quality , the services too. the host is very attentive, there were bcp of products offered for our welcome. Julian kept in touch with us during our stay , he always advised us, although we did not meet his neighbor Noé who came very kindly to welcome us for him. Thank you.

Oscar's place is great in all aspects. Location is perfect, both in a busy area with walkable distance to all central parts of Valencia, and at the same time quiet in the bedroom. It was comfortable and pleasant to live in. You have everything needed, good furniture and lights. The automatic doors were very convenient. Overall, we had a really nice stay. Thank you!

Great place for a long stay. It has everything you need and if you need anything extra don't hesitate to ask. Oscar and Ingrid were very helpful in any request. The place is very central, just a waking distance from the big shopping mall and a supermarket. It has a lot of places around to spend quality time - big park nearby, coffee shops, etc. Internet was perfect for work and movies. Nothing bad to say, everything was great.

Everything went perfectly, the apartment was a delight, we felt very welcome, and Javier was the perfect host. he was friendly, helpful and immediately responsive - even when we locked ourselves out on a Saturday night!

We stayed at Anthony's for a week while looking for a longer-term rental. We were inadvertantly dropped off at the wrong address when we arrived. Anthony very kindly tracked us down, helped us with our luggage, and got us checked in. The place is close to everything (restaurants, groceries, etc) you need including the metro station for those who want to go into Valencia. Very good value for the money. We would definitely stay again.

Excellent stay at Alicia's, the apartment was very nice. It is very well equipped and matches all photos. It takes 40 min walk to the beach, 15 min walk to Oceanographic and adjoining museums. 15 min to the city center. Really cheap bike rental shop "like bike rent" 5 min away. Metro to the airport less than 15 min walk away. A supermarket "Consum" is 20m away. A great stay, very nice, we recommend it!

The apartment and location are wonderful, exactly where you want to be to enjoy this spectacular city. But what makes it so special is the host, Maria - she is truly Extraordinary and treated us like family. Thanks to her, our gathering over the Holiday was Exceptional! Her advice was very helpful and she went above and beyond in arranging several excursions so our time in Valencia was well spent. We saw incredible sights and had experiences we would have missed otherwise. Maria made it all so easy that all we did was enjoy. Altogether, exceeded expectations in every way, thanks to Maria!
