although I was touched by a week of abnormally unattainable weather, the stay was fantastic. The apartment has everything you need, clean and equipped, ... and a window that places you on the sand, which is relaxing even with a somewhat scrambled time, and with such easy access that you take any time to go to the beach for a swim or a walk. And there, walking the walk to one or the other side, you find restaurants, bars, pharmacies, supermarkets and in general the basic services, perfectly integrated in the free spaces, without the feeling of continuous and suffocating bazaar.

Roberto was very friendly and available at all times. Communication was great and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The place was clean, well equipped and in a convenient location. I would definitely recommend Roberto as a host and would certainly stay at his property again.

The apartment is just like the description, very comfortable, we did not get hot with the ceiling fans in the rooms, very well located, literally two steps from the beach and in an area full of restaurants and services. In addition, Javi manages us a fertilizer to be able to park the car next to the apartment, which is greatly appreciated.

Very good stay thanks to Juan and his wife. Everything was as expected in the listing. The location is ideal a stone's throw from the beach, you can easily reach Valencia or Castellon for outings and there is everything you need in Moncofa for small shopping, restaurant, market etc. Do not hesitate to rent it you will not be disappointed.

The apartment was exceptionally clean, well-appointed, and included all amenities outlined in the description. It was amazing being within a 5-minute walk to one of the most beautiful beaches we have ever been on. The location is also convenient to the small grocery store on the beach. We also had a car which allowed us to make the short drive into Gandia town for additional shopping. The free, covered, and secure parking at the apartment was a definite plus. The hosts are extremely responsive, friendly, and answered all our questions almost immediately. This is a place you can come to relax and rejuvenate on your travels.

The three of us booked Rosa's place in mid-September and were happy. The sea could be seen from the balcony, in the morning with beautiful sunrise. Salud welcomed us warmly, and always supported us with advice with questions. The place was clean, you felt right at home. Downstairs there was a pool that you could use and the sea was right outside the front door. Fridge, oven, microwave. There was everything your heart desired. The only issue was the connection to the nearest train station. Buses only ran until 6/19 pm. Taxi companies either did not answer calls or opened them in conversation. Next time we will definitely rent a car. Salud was so friendly and took us to the train station on the day of departure and also showed us the area. Many thanks to Salud!!🥲 P.S. This is one looking for the best houses I've been to thanks to Airbnb in the last 9 years!!! ❤️❤️❤️ The apartment is spacious, bright, cozy, feels like home! Large spacious bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped, everything is thought out to the smallest detail. The apartment is very clean! The location is also very good - ❤️❤️❤️ we walked 2 minutes to the sea every day to meet the sunrise! Beautiful waterfront and lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. The nearest Consum supermarket in general 50 steps 😀 is very convenient! There are also bus stops nearby, which go to the center and to the metro, which goes to the airport. Special thanks to the host Angel, he was always in touch, always prompted and helped when we had questions, a very nice person!!! We 🤗🤗🤗 also had an early flight and Angel allowed us to leave our suitcases in the apartment while it was being cleaned! Thank you so much!! ❤️❤️❤️

Very relaxing off-season stay. Pleasant setting for family gatherings by the beach. Beautiful views (sea and mountain) from the large balcony (9th floor). Splendid sunsets on the rice fields! Good location on the edge of the Albufera allowing you to combine visit to Valencia (35 min), large sandy beach and very relaxing and exotic visit to the Albufera Natural Park. Reme is friendly, very responsive, very accommodating for the arrival and departure times, which we greatly appreciated, and gave us many tips, including excursions, entertainment, restaurants... that contributed to the success of our stay. I 100% recommend Fernando and Elena's place. :) About them, both are very kind, always available and helpful at all times. And about the description of the apartment, which I could tell you, it matches 100% or I would even say that it is even better than in the photos :) The sea in front and the sound of the birds when waking up and quiet. Worthy of a lot of photos!!. About the house, impeccable cleaning and replacement of everything. Washers can be put in, cook, everything as if you were at home and everything works properly and if not, they fix it without problem. We just have to say that it's sad that these days have passed so quickly and we can't stay anymore, because we are looking forward to repeating!! Thank you so much for accepting and trusting us and our dogs! Antonio was very friendly, contacted us in advance and waited outside the apartment for our arrival. The location of the apartment was also very good, just a 5 minutes walk from the beach. There is supermarkets nearby, and Antonio also recommended few good restaurants. The apartment was clean and tidy, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Overall, everything was very good.

Quiet place. Spacious and comfortable apartment with large terrace. Two blocks from a serviced sandy beach. We used it little because we explore the nearby coves and do some other route.

Vicente's apartment is in a quite quiet area and close to a stone beach with very clean water, the only catch is that there are no food shops nearby and the restaurants are few. Being close to the marjals, I recommend carrying mosquito repellant (in the house there were matamosquitos). In the apartment there is everything you need to spend a few days at home and Vicente had the detail of leaving us drinks in the refrigerator. The common areas are very nice and are very cared for. Communication with host was impeccable.
