This place is what real Goa is all about. Waking up to this view was something else. The house is simple and meet all basic requirements. But the description and photos were pretty clear on that. A quite secluded place. Not much to do around but just enjoy the beach all day everyday. I am definitely going back for a longer stay.

excellent property. we feel right at home. the interior is the best part of the house, authentic karnataka style. The kitchen is good. everything is available at the property. host is cooperative and the attender as well.

Enjoyed our stay at Denis'. It is a short walk away from the beach, you can view the beach and hear the waves from the porch outside. Deepti was very helpful throughout and was sweet enough to bring us groceries from the market. Fully functional kitchen, wifi, everything was great.

Galgibaga Beach is stunning with very soft sand and a lifeguard present all day. The clean beach is a turtle nesting site, where you might spot Olive Ridley turtles in Jan - Feb. Cozy Patrix House lives up to its name—it's comfortable and well-equipped. Mr. Heracles provides all necessary details in a diary. The owners, Mr. Heracles and Mrs. Liza, are friendly and always available. Amenities include a washing machine, gas stove, utensils, refrigerator, TV, ACs, and high-speed fans. They also provide beach mats, hats, frisbee, and an umbrella. The house is clean, well-lit, and has high-speed internet. Essentials like tea, coffee, and detergent are already available. They even provided a baby chair for our toddler. There is a clothes hanging area on the terrace, though caution is needed as it has no walls. Mr. Heracles helped us hire a cook, and the service was excellent. Overall, our experience was lovely, and we highly recommend Cozy Patrix House. We look forward to visiting again!

The place is exactly as advertised - a little cottage with everything you need located a few minutes walk from Talpona beach. Talpona itself is a quiet beach without the bustle of nearby resorts such as Palolem. Nonetheless there are a few good places to eat and drink in Talpona. Palolem and Agonda are within 15 minutes drive also for day trips. Hosts are great, very receptive and accommodating. Overall perfect for people with small kids or for anyone looking for a proper break from city life.

Abhinav's house was amazing, very peaceful and surrounded by greens which we miss the most in our city life. Abhinav is an amazing host. He even showed us some beautiful places around. The house was very spacious and clean when we arrived. I was traveling with my dogs and I would highly recommend this place if you are also traveling with your pets. Last but not the least, the neighbour aunty's meals were super tasty. Please try her food if you are staying at this house. I had an amazing stay. It felt like I was staying at an authentic konkan house. 100% recommended 👍

The property is just as described. It was perfect for us and our kids. Nitin is very emphathic and proactive. It felt like home away from home and those with toddlers and infants will understand how important that is when travelling. Looking forward to another visit soon.

The description cannot give the true beauty and atmosphere of the property. It was a true home for our big family of 20! The caretaker was a big and reliable help in all our needs. He helped us find best products to prepare amazing food, fresh vegetables, fruit, even the local fish market with the tastiest fish and shrimps we have ever had. Preparing food in this spacious well-equipped kitchen and eating on the terrace was just marvellous. Lots of big and small terraces with tables and sofas to talk, read, play games, rest. Good wi-fi. The amazing swimming pool with water in perfect temperature! The fabulous garden with lush greenery and flowers, magically illuminated at night. A lot of small spaces beautifully arranged, even in a big group you can find space for yourself. We just had a wonderful time, full of laughter, rest, relax, very good food and even dance with live music. We are already willing to come back. Thank you very much!

Our group of 6 have just returned from a 16 night stay at this Villa and we had the most incredible time! It was in a beautifully peaceful location with easy access to the surrounding places such as Palolem and Patnem. The villa itself is so spacious and relaxing with the most gorgeous garden. During the booking, Rohan was so responsive and helpful, making the experience before we arrived stress free! On arrival, Assis, Rohan’s father, checked us in and gave us so much helpful information for our trip. He was also on the other end of the phone for the entire trip for anything we needed. He kindly organised us local boat trips, which were incredible and recommended places for us to eat and visit! This was enormously helpful and his recommendations were simply wonderful, including Art Resort in Palolem, where we spent most of our holiday! Bahadur, the housekeeper looked after us really well, and kept everything clean and tidy, whilst also cooking breakfast. Thank you so much! 💕

Definitely one of my best stays at Goa, worth every penny that i paid. Beautiful farmhouse kind of a property right in the midst of Cashew orchards. Very spacious, private, clean, exactly as shown in the pictures, very sweet and helpful bhaiya, available at beck and call 24*7, well maintaned big pool, the lighting and the white cloth jazz up the pool area at night, huge parking space, barbeque setup is also great. Ideal place for a fun group stay. Lastly, very responsive, hospitable and kind host.

the place is great but seemed over priced for 3 days. The house is nice but needs an AC in common areas. the fridge needed to be cleaned. we stayed for 2 nights and the break fast for the second days wasn't enough. the supplies weren't replenished.

It’s an amazing place to stay at and the location of the stay is also good. Nearby to the main market and the palolem and patnem beach. 10/10 for couples or a small family.

I visited Gokarna with my friends and was initially hesitant about staying in an Airbnb as it was my 1st time. However, the experience turned out to be amazing. Our room overlooked a serene areca and coconut farm, blending a charming and peaceful village vibe with modern amenities. The host offered opportunities for yoga, meditation,campfire and exploring Gokarna, making the stay truly enriching. He also suggested some good restaurants. Overall the stay and host both were amazing.

Cute apartment, as shown in the photos. Host was very helpful with local restaurant and taxi recommendations. 10-15 mins walk to the beach. Would recommend and hope to stay again.

We loved many things about Yogdan, the main ones being the lush nature that it’s nestled in, the way the rooms are designed, the quietude of the place and not to forget Vikram and Timothy who’d make you a mean cup of tea with the brightest smile :) Also enjoyed the meals at their home kitchen (by Timothy). Vikram is hospitable and accurate in his communication, also very welcoming and interactive. All in all, a beautiful stay experience in the little forest of Agonda. We would recommend Yogdan to other travellers.

Michelle was always quick to respond. There was very lovely surroundings to enjoy every morning while sitting on the patio with your coffee. It was easy to have food delivered for meals if you didn’t want to go out. There was so much room for everyone. She did a great job decorating for the holidays.
