Vacation rentals with a patio in Uttara Kannada

One of the best properties to stay in south Goa. It is right beside the Benaulim beach, the property is lush green, feels right at home and has a beautiful pool. I will definitely visit this place again.

The villa is plush and clean. The interiors are artistically done and very well planned. The indoor private pool was very well maintained was the star of the property. Then pool is just right in size. It was enjoyed by the kids very well. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. Zelica helped us settle in. The breakfast was simple and nice. The kids really liked the surprise chirstmas gift. The stay was extremely enjoyable and joyous. Well be definitely in one of our favorites.

we booked this stay for 2 days and had great time. Host Antonio is very friendly polite,caring and helpful. Stay was very clean every equipment was working properly. Stay's enviorment is peaceful, beautiful and easily accessible from nearby places. Only suggestion is sign boards could be used little more big, because in night they get ignored when you visit first time.

For starters, Sonali is a wonderful host. She is always responsive and cheeful too. The place is cozy and neat with beautiful balconies and well furnished accommodation. In one word, the stay is magnificent!

Great place to stay with family with beautiful surroundings. Nice restaurants nearby offering variety of Goan Cuisine. The place was very clean and the neighbourhood was equally good. Overall a 5 star property to stay.

1. The stay was very homely, clean and welcoming 2. The society is safe and very private with shops at walking distance 3. Sapana is very responsive and always there when you need anything 4. The flat comes with basic amenities and more. There are AC’s in the hall and bedroom 5. Lot of rent a bikes and cars right outside the society. Even Sapana has a few numbers which she can share Finally we landed early and had a late flight while leaving but Sapana was very flexible with the checkin and check out time which was very helpful and a big thumbs up. Would definitely recommend this stay to anyone visiting the south

This property is an absolute steal and worth every penny. Diljit was always available to assist us with anything we required. The house is exactly as described and the amenities are on point. Quite serene and away from the hustle bustle which makes it perfect for a get away. Totally recommended!

It was a great place to stay. Host is also very very nice. Bathrooms, kitchen everything was extremely clean. The only thing to consider is that it is far from North & South Goa Beaches. If distance is not a problem then it's the best place to stay!

Andre is a good host. He is responsive and has a beautiful cottage facing the river in the quiet and lovely village of Assolna.

My stay at By La Mer a beautiful 3 BHK villa just a walking distance from Zalor Beach, and was a fantastic experience. The modern interior design is both stylish and comfortable, and the house was immaculately clean, thanks to Supriya, the caretaker. She was always prompt and attentive, providing excellent support whenever needed. The well-maintained front garden and balcony sitting added a serene touch, creating a peaceful atmosphere to enjoy. Overall, this villa offers a perfect blend of luxury and convenience, and with Supriya’s exceptional care, it felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend it for anyone visiting the area!

I had a wonderful stay at The Nest in Canacona. Renu's warm hospitality made the experience truly special – from greeting us at the door to offering to carry our luggage, and even getting milk boiled for my child before arrival, her thoughtful gestures added a personal touch. The space was impeccably clean, with charming decor like dreamcatchers and cozy throws that created a lovely vibe blending Goa's essence with a hint of rustic charm. Never experienced Goa like this before. Talpona is my new favourite and redefines Goa for me. Coming back to property, the kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, making it incredibly convenient. Overall, the attention to detail and care put into the place made it feel like a home away from home. Highly recommend

Nestled in Chaudi, this spot is a must-stay. The peacefulness of the apartment, combined with its proximity to the beaches, makes it feel like you're in a world of your own. The balcony offers stunning views of the hills, and though the property is slightly uphill, it's easily accessible by car or bike. Returning to Canacona brought back fond memories, especially seeing the Chaudi bus stand, just a short walk from the main road. Thank you, Andrea, for hosting us in your lovely home. we stayed in Cheryl's abode for 2 nights with 2 small kids. The place is part of an apartment complex very close to fatrade beach. The checkin was seamless , The area is peaceful and you can get all basic amenities at the place.the place is walkable from the nearest beach. Anyone willing to explore the amazing southern beaches must plan for a stayover here. it lies in mid of South goa, so most of the south beaches are accessible within short distance. Cheryl was responsive and friendly, she also suggested some amazing dining options near to the property.

It is one of the best stay in South Goa. Amit and his team were very friendly. Moreover they allowed for a early checkin and late check out understanding our situation. The caretaker, Pappu, was literally a call away. Readily available whenever we needed him. The place is walking distance from colva beach and the eating spot near the place was amazing. Great place to chill and explore seas food.Thank you Amit and team for being a such an amazing host.

Ritu’s place is exactly as shown in the photos and we had a wonderful stay. Ritu was extremely helpful from check-in to helping us coordinate with housekeeping. The society itself is located very close to Benaulim beach. The beach is hardly a 2 minute walk from society’s back gate. You’ve multiple options on the beach for food or a drink. Everything from supermarket, medical store and restaurants are within a 10-minute walk or a 3-minute drive away from the property. The house has everything that you’d need - RO, Washing Machine, kitchen with basic utensils, gas connection, refrigerator and a sofa-bed. The balcony has a net to keep birds away and has ample place for you to sit and relax. Being near the beach, there are some mosquitoes and insects that make their way to the balcony, but they can’t enter the house unless the balcony door is left open. There is also a private terrace with a spectacular view in the morning! I’m definitely coming back for a longer stay!

Excellent location of the property which is about 900 meters to the beautiful Palolem beach. Prashant suggested some great locations nearby (Agonda, Talpona and cabo de Rama) which are visit worthy. Overall great experience staying in Goa and look forward to staying here again !!

Great place, peaceful. Minutes away from cavellosim beach. Everything you need is available in the vicinity. Less crowded & clean place. Ritu is responsive & helped us throughout our stay.

Avinash’s place is a great find for families. It has everything that one would need to stay with a toddler. Beach and markets are nearby and Avinash as a host is super helpful and responsive. The place is also very nicely furnished and located in a society which adds to the safety. The society also had people from other countries which made interactions very rich. Definitely recommend
