Vacation rentals with a patio in Uttara Kannada

Clyde was extremely communicative and responsive from even before I booked. He answered my queries swiftly which gave me no hesitation to book. The instructions for check in were very clear which made finding the apartment and entering very easy, and even then Clyde got in touch to make sure everything was ok. Upon requesting an ironing board, Clyde brought one the very next day along with a clothes drying rack which we used every day, thanks to a very big and powerful washing machine! Not only is the apartment exactly as described, but the location is also only a 5 minute walk from Benaulim beach. My family and I were very comfortable in the apartment and felt right at home, including my sister who has a disability but still managed to move around and use the facilities with ease. We will definitely be booking Clyde’s apartment again on our next trip to Goa!

had a very comfortable stay. part of a beautiful cluster of houses and very close to the beach. was really nice to have access to the swimming pool as well. super responsive host and great value for money.

Great place to stay with family with beautiful surroundings. Nice restaurants nearby offering variety of Goan Cuisine. The place was very clean and the neighbourhood was equally good. Overall a 5 star property to stay.

Nicol is a great host, she is always helpful and makes sure that the guests are happy with the stay. She is always responsive and clarifies all doubts. My family enjoyed the stay for 3 days and it’s a peaceful environment

The apartment was very clean and well maintained. Has all the amenities including water purifier , washing machine, oven etc. Really great experience. Highly recommended.

I just love this property, it's secluded yet closeby to all major attraction in South Goa. Best part is the host Ryan was welcoming and had presented the house just like the pictures and really had the homely atmosphere. The Host was responsive for anything urgent. Also all rooms were top notch in terms of the furnishing the best one. Will definitely make this my recommended place for future stays. Thanks Ryan 👍

What a beautiful place this one this, probably the best Airbnb I have stayed untill now..Pristinely clean, pet friendly, with lots and lots of space for your pet to Run around.. Anil and Renu were so friendly,so Cordial. We had a pit stop here before going Goa, but next time I am gonna come with my family just to stay here ❤️. The kitchen is stocked with all basic utensils, The fridge was working amazing, And my pet Jiggy had the best ever start of his holidays. I am a frequent traveller, and can vouch for this being the best Airbnb I have stayed in till now 😃

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful property in Canacona. The home was spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was an amazing property at a reasonable price. Super clean and well maintained. Owner’s attention to smallest of the smallest requirements is what made a difference. All the basic items were present in the house. Location is unmatched and peaceful. We thoroughly enjoyed with no complaints.

bonsai beach house was just what we wanted. It was only a short walk to restaurants and the beach. The Christmas stars made the walk home particularly attractive. We enjoyed the variety of animals passing by. It was a great place to stay.

Tanvi and Dipanshu's place is absolutely amazing!! We had a fantastic stay in the traditional cottage which is set in beautiful and peaceful surroundings. The location is perfect and there are lots of great restaurants within easy walking distance, also the beautiful beach of Patnem is only a scenic 10 minute walk away. The AC works great as does the WiFi. The cottage itself is very spacious and extremely comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need including a big fridge/freezer and the large bathroom has a lovely shower which seems to have endless hot water! What really makes this place special is the big outside balcony area where you can relax on the comfortable furniture and listen to all the different wildlife. The hosts were always available and helpful.. I would definitely recommend this beautiful traditional Goan cottage to future guests 🙂

Shubhada’s villa is located in a great location. It’s a duplex with one room on ground floor which was pretty convenient. Rooms were clean and caretaker was helpful. Perfect for a family vacation with a beach at throwaway distance. Would recommend it for peaceful vacation with family away from chaos of the city.

I had a wonderful stay at The Nest in Canacona. Renu's warm hospitality made the experience truly special – from greeting us at the door to offering to carry our luggage, and even getting milk boiled for my child before arrival, her thoughtful gestures added a personal touch. The space was impeccably clean, with charming decor like dreamcatchers and cozy throws that created a lovely vibe blending Goa's essence with a hint of rustic charm. Never experienced Goa like this before. Talpona is my new favourite and redefines Goa for me. Coming back to property, the kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, making it incredibly convenient. Overall, the attention to detail and care put into the place made it feel like a home away from home. Highly recommend

A beautiful respite in the jungle, such a beautiful and unique home and garden (the pics don’t do it justice). The hosts and on site housekeeper went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, with great recommendations and even popping by to say hello. Wonderful stay! A little warning for those wanting to work remote - and this is no fault of the property, it’s the whole area - but there were a few electricity cut outs and WiFi was good but not amazing for calls. Again, out of the hosts control, they made every effort to invest in WiFi and a back up electricity inverter.

Clean place and very well maintained. Great recommendations on things to do in South Goa and places to eat. Approx. 10-minute drive to Fatrade beach (closest beach). Reponsive staff. Some issues with hot water availablity, but overall good experience.

Nestled in Chaudi, this spot is a must-stay. The peacefulness of the apartment, combined with its proximity to the beaches, makes it feel like you're in a world of your own. The balcony offers stunning views of the hills, and though the property is slightly uphill, it's easily accessible by car or bike. Returning to Canacona brought back fond memories, especially seeing the Chaudi bus stand, just a short walk from the main road. Thank you, Andrea, for hosting us in your lovely home. I couldn‘t have imagined a better place to stay in Goa. From the first night on I enjoyed a peaceful sleep & vibey mornings in this fantastic flat. The view over the lush & green surroundings made me romanticize about a how a life near the jungle would look like. The appartment was perfectly clean & beautifully decorated with cool paintings. I definitely recommend Arpits place - it is truly wonderful.

Me and my friends had a cozy nice time at this place! The manager mitu was always one call away who made our stay in goa so easy and convenient. The place was clean and homely! I recommend its new viewer full heartedly.

The room was spacious enough for 2 people with a balcony facing the seaside ! The locality has a lovely pool and a supermarket right outside for all the needs ranging from good wine to food essentials ! The sunsets and beachside are right outside and that part stands out

Avinash’s place is a great find for families. It has everything that one would need to stay with a toddler. Beach and markets are nearby and Avinash as a host is super helpful and responsive. The place is also very nicely furnished and located in a society which adds to the safety. The society also had people from other countries which made interactions very rich. Definitely recommend
