I was very satisfied with the location of the accommodation, quiet location yet quickly on the beach by scooter, everything easily accessible. The room was clean , it has an elevator. Kanishk is easily accessible, helpful. I am very satisfied. Thank you very much.

The place has all kind of amenities. Though very near to main entrance, It's a comfy stay.

This is truly a wonderful place with a stunning view of the mountains. It was impeccably clean here, thanks to the attentive Nimmi, who keeps the apartment in perfect order. It’s definitely worth the price. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing homemade meals, from plates to frying pans. Towels were fresh and clean, as was the bedding. The room features a very spacious wardrobe that can accommodate all your belongings, including a suitcase. You won’t find unpleasant odors or small insects here, as the apartment is thoroughly prepared for each guest’s arrival. The premises are secured, and the door is equipped with a high-quality electronic lock, giving peace of mind about the safety of your belongings. The parking is very convenient. I wish the owner continued success. If I find myself in Canacona again, I will definitely stay here.

Great Place to Stay near Palolem or Patnem. We really had a very pleasant stay and felt right at home.

Romi was a great host, she was in touch with us since our booking confirmation, helping us out with easy checkin. The place was as shown in pictures and very well maintained. She gave us some best recommendations for things to do around and restaurants to visit. Absolutely would recommend the stay to anyone planning to visit. Utensils were clean and neatly arranged, and essential resources like dishwasher liquid and hand wash could be refilled unlimited times—no need to worry about running out of basics! If you wish to clean during your stay, the host can provide cleaning items like a broomstick and mop, but you'll need to handle it yourself. Check-in and check-out were effortless, which made our arrival and departure hassle-free. The only thing to note is that you need to take the stairs to access the flat, so keep that in mind when booking. Overall, this place is a gem for anyone looking to enjoy a tranquil stay 💯

Such an warm welcoming host for a pleasant and relax travel stay

I stayed there for a week with my family. The rooms are quite spacious and well lit, with sunlight providing enough light well into the evening. The house was well equipped with items essential for living comfortably such as utensils, cleaning supplies and other amenities. The view was very serene, with peacocks present in the early morning. The society where the flat is situated was very peaceful and clean, the only sounds present were of birds. Also the beach wasn't very far, just a short walk away. Trevor was very helpful and quick to respond. I am sure to plan my holiday next time when ever it is vacant. Thanks Trevor

The property is very close to the beach, walking distance in fact. Cost place with lovely balconies. Very peaceful and tranquil. Will definitely recommend this to someone who wants time away from the hustle and bustle of cities and wants to spend some quality family time.

Our stay at the 1BHK was amazing. The location is away from crowds & offers quite tranquility. Amenities are being developed as it's a new property and has the potential to be among the best. Open bar on the private terrace offers a romantic setting for couples. The owners are courteous & surprised us with a delicious cake on our anniversary. Would recommend anyone to stay here if you want peace & quite.

It was a pleasant stay, the location is prime with a wide view of the city from the Balcony. The flat is in centre of margao Market, due to 5th floor you get a beautiful view and doesnt feel like you are in middle of market unless you step out.. 5 stars to the location and stay.
