Lake house vacation rentals in Utah

10/10 would stay again. The space itself was clean, comfortable and exactly what I expected per the description and photos. The location was excellent with easy access to both town and the park. Most of all Cindy was an excellent host, extremely responsive and friendly. She even went above and beyond by organizing a mini-horse ride for the kids in our group!

Beautiful large home located in a picturesque mountain landscape. Close to Snowbasin for hitting the mountain, with a peaceful getaway location. Everything was excellent. Beds super comfy and layout of house was great for families. Would highly recommend for family vacations! Thank you!

We had a wonderful time staying at Catherine's place while visiting Huntsville / Snowbasin for a week with our entire family to enjoy some spring skiing! Everyone loved the home! All of the bedrooms / bathrooms were large spaces perfect for couples with and without kids. The kitchen was just right for large family meals along with a wonderful porch and grille which we enjoyed. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub as well and the beautiful views from anywhere inside or outside the house. We got lucky with snowy conditions there and at Snowbasin which is only 15 minutes away for the entire week. We hope to be back again!

This home is even better in person. Extremely organized with all the things you need - bring you & food and ENJOY! Host were all you can possibly ask for. Clean, comfortable, plenty of room. Lots of extras to add to your fun. Puzzles, games, big TVs - it’s great. Do not hesitate to book.

Deepa's place was absolutely beautiful and a great place to stay. Deepa was very responsive to a few questions I had. The instructions to access the condo were clear and easy to follow. We were pleased to find that it looked just like the listing and the cleaning job was superb. Having a pack and play and high chair on site was very helpful. We appreciated the kid-friendly serve warehouse as well. It was also nice to have a garage to park in to keep the car out of the snow. We would absolutely stay here again.

This house has many bedrooms for each of our guests. Chad was easy to talk to and quickly responds. this house actually offers more than it showed it on the website. Pleasantly surprised! Thanks for having such a great house available for my larger crew.

The home was very cozy and well lit. The attached & fenced in pet area was perfect for our little poodle. She was safe whenever she was outside. There were excellent home instructions outlining how to operate everything. We enjoyed our stay in the home.

The stay was perfect for getting to Zions and St. George. Quiet and beautiful views. The hot tub and theater room were so fun to enjoy. Our hosts were kind and helpful! We will be coming back!

Wonderful location in newer golf community. Close to pool/pickleball. Spacious and clean, loved the balcony! Would stay again.

We loved staying at Nicole’s place. Our family enjoyed boating at Flaming Gorge during the day and hiking nearby in the evenings. We also loved the geology sites, it was interesting. The house was peaceful and out of the way. We brought our 2 dogs with us and they had so much fun playing with the neighborhood very friendly dogs. There were goats that came to visit us and even a baby that wanted to be pet. Such a fun farm setting. The location was close to the Sheep Creek boat ramp, which was so convenient. We had 4 people and the house was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you’d need to cook in. It was nice to have an outdoor grill, we used it for burgers which were great. Manila is a tiny town, we only found one restaurant, but it was delicious. We had a fun family vacation and would recommend Nicole’s place.

Leslie communicated very well. She was always ready to help! She was very nice too. We had a good stay no doubt!!

We enjoyed our stay here. The space is great and very flexible. It’s a bit off the beaten path, so be prepared for that, but ultimately a great vacation. My son left a couple of items behind, and Adrian located them and arranged to ship them back to us, which was above and beyond and very appreciated.

This lovely ranch house just outside of Hatch was exactly what we were looking for. Just wish we could have stayed longer! We wanted to be in nature where we could take nice walks, bird and have a view from our deck of the beautiful red rocks associated with Bryce Canyon. This house checked all of those boxes! We also like to cook and the kitchen was well equipped. Comfortable bed (we only used one but there were 5 more!) and great shower/bath too. Everything was perfect!

This place is beautiful! The views are amazing. There are lots of huge windows looking out to the mountains and the lake. It’s stunning. The heated pool and hot tub are a really unique piece to this location and a lot of fun! The owners really put the time into making this location ideal for friends and family to enjoy their experience together.

We had a wonderful stay at Becky’s home. Our family gathered for a wedding and it was such a great place to house all of us. The home was clean, the beds were comfortable, there were toys and books for little children, the fans in the closets were helpful in keeping the rooms cool, the kitchen had everything we needed to make food. I loved that you had portable cribs and 2 high chairs. The main floor and basement had places for us to gather and talk. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Becky!

We loved our stay at this home! It was very clean and spacious! At one point the sink disposal stopped working but Allie and Sam were quick to respond to all of our message and tried to help get it fixed. When the problem could not be fixed via text message they were quick to send someone over to fix it. We are super happy with our experience staying here and would love to return!

This is a great spot for a group ski vacation. We skied Snowbasin and had all the amenities at the house we needed for a fun trip. It's spacious enough for a group to stay comfortably. The downstairs is awesome with a sauna, game room, mini-bar and hot tub. Great set up. There are minimum local places to eat out and nothing within walking distance. We've done multiple ski trips to the area and often bring all our own food for the weekend. This house has a fantastic kitchen and dining room to make all the meals you wish!!

Great location with everything you could need! Supremely stocked kitchen. Beautiful space that is massive & holds many people comfortably. Huge towel supply. Loved this house for our friend gathering. We had slight difficulty getting into the house & messaged Amber and she responded immediately & resolved the issue.

We had a great stay at Karen’s place! The cozy chalet was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic location. The easy access to skiing made the stay even more enjoyable. We were just 5 mins away from Deer valley East and the new Hyatt And bubble lift. Karen was incredibly responsive and helpful whenever we had any questions/ concerns throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants easy access to skiing. Thank you for a wonderful experience!”
