Family-friendly vacation rentals in Utah

Kay’s side of the duplex is huge! Two living rooms, full kitchen, jacuzzi, and many bedrooms. Place was pristine, and location close to ski resorts and restaurants. It was the perfect base for skiing in SLC. Definitely recommend and look forward to staying here again in the future.

Matt’s place is spacious and clean, master bathroom is huge. The house is well stocked with laundry detergent pods, dishwasher pods and other essentials making the stay just like home. WiFi speed is fast, tested it and was above 400 mps. We really enjoyed the connivence of having a large garage. Matt is a great host, easy to communicate and quick to respond messages. We love the stay and definitely will choose Matt’s place again when visiting Moab in the future.

Eric's place was such a nice pad. Killer sound system throughout the upstairs and backyard. Back deck was such a nice place to hang out, even in early March as the backyard is tucked away from the elements. Hot tub was crutch to relax and the pool looked like a summer dream. Would def recommend and will be back when work brigns me around.

This was a great place to stay and escape from the busier downtown of Moab. It was spacious and having the large garage was a great bonus. Communication and accommodation was fantastic from Kristen which is always a plus! While we didn't end up having the time to use the pool or courts, those are also nice things to have access to. Thanks for having us!

Very cozy place in a great location not far from Zion. We really enjoyed relaxing at night after long days of hiking.

Great for our family group of 3 couples, we all gad our own room & bathrooms. Nice big kitchen for cooking with lots of seasonings, Keuriqg & regular coffee pot and lots of extra coffee. Host was responsive but the gas fireplace does’t work nor does the frig water & ice. And there were no instructions for heat in the house…it was chilly at night but lots of extra blankies. April 19,2025. Beautiful house, excellent location a stones throw from Zion and no neighbors.

Great stay just south of Moab with easy access to Arches and Canyonlands! Airbnb was very comfortable, spacious, and clean. Quiet community and all amenities were available that we would need. Andrea was a very helpful and responsive host. Definitely recommend for a group/family trip to the area.

Seriously such a fun place. I took my niece (9years old) and my two nephews (4 years old) and they had the best time. There is so much to do. The kids played for hours and there was zero screen time the whole weekend. The kids loved the cats and the sheep! Such a great getaway close to crystal hot springs.

We really enjoyed staying at Shannon's house. It was great having a fully fenced grassy yard for our pups to run around. The house we spacious... more space then 3 people needed, but we loved having 3 bathrooms, haha!! Beds were comfy, couches were comfy, water pressure was great, kitchen was well-appointed, neighborhood was quite. It was a good home base for visiting Zion and Coral Pink Sand Dunes. It's an easy walk to restaurants, shops, and the grocery store.

This is a great location if you want to visit multiple locations in the area. The stars at night are fantastic too! Paula and Rob were great hosts. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. It was great to have a place where our pup was welcome. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious! Thank you!

The house was so beautiful with a wonderful view. Felt like we were experiencing the real southern Utah. Perfect location between Zion and St George. Host went above and beyond on recommendations and being sure we were comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Cozy, clean, and cute! We especially loved the backyard space and doggie door for our pup. Super close to so many beautiful hikes and yummy restaurants. Would highly recommend!

Our family of 5 stayed at Bruce's for a week. This was the perfect place for us with having family in the area and being in the middle of them and 15 min to the airport. The rental felt very homey with lots of nice touches throughout. We loved having 2 bathrooms, including a really nice master bathroom and a shower with great water pressure. The area was nice and quiet and was close to everything we wanted. We enjoyed meeting Bruce and Sadie. Bruce was very easy to communicate with. This will definitely be our go to spot when we're in Utah.

Chad’s place was great. We loved the space and the big bunk room. It fit our crew great. The pool was great too.

Beautiful home and well furnished kitchen. Loved the pool! Enough space for 7 adults to have separate & together time. I actually appreciated only one TV. As a mom creating together time with adukts kids, the games, pool, and larger dining table created an environment of play and togetherness. Being close to Zions, Quail and Sand Hollow Reservoir created plenty of activities and experiences. We enjoyed our stay.

Joe was amazing host. Information provided was excellent. Joe’s place was very beautiful and accessible to many amenities. The house provided so many amenities also. Would highly recommend.

I travel frequently for work and pleasure. My family took a vacation to Moab and we were even able to bring our family dog for very little extra. This house was extremely clean and is right near Main Street in Moab. The location of this Air B n B is amazing, the host are super easy to work with. My dad kept saying that this house is so well thought out and they have everything. The kitchen was so well stocked. We will definitely be coming back!

Great amount of space for my family and plenty of things to do. The pool was very popular with my kids.

Had a great stay. Loved the heated pool (I missed that part in the description) and the hot tub, and it wasn't too crowded. Home was very comfortable with plenty of sleeping areas. There was a small issue with one bed, but it was fixed amazingly quickly. Easy instructions / little clean-up needed before leaving as well. We had a great time.

3644 Tierra del Sol was a great base for our stay in Moab. We enjoyed how clean the unit was, up to date amenities, 3 king bedrooms each with it's own TV, a roomy well furnished kitchen, and stylish furnishings. The gas fire place, gas patio fire pit, and the awesome view were especially enjoyable. Our host also provided an easy to follow instruction book with helpful links for exploring the area. It was the perfect place to begin and end a full day of the many amazing activities Moab and the National Parks have to offer. We definitely recommend.
