Cottage vacation rentals in Utah

Kaitlin’s place was perfect for our family! It was so great to have the pickleball court right outside and the hot tub as well. Stores within walking distance and so cute. Kaitlin responded quickly and met all of our needs. Some hair was left behind so some concerns with cleanliness, but overall SO wonderful!

the AirBNB was amazing from the outside to the inside and all the amenities. the atmosphere was cozy and homey. the beds were so comfortable and the restrooms were so convenient. thank u for leaving the sleds the kids played everyday with them in the snow perfect that there was still a little snow. I loved the kitchen they had everything I forgot at home so thankful for that. I would definitely take my family to Duck creek again.

We had a really great time hiking in the Moab area. Coming home each night to a comfortable and quiet place capped off full and fun days.

I had to book late at night and Preston was flexible and ready to receive us. They even open the door for us. The place was perfect, the decor beautiful with a local and historic vibe. We had a welcome gift on our bed and woke up to the sounds of the birds 😍 Bathroom is a bit small but clean. Plenty of towels and quality soap and shampoo. Nice hot water. Kitchen is well equipped 👌🏾 Very easy to find.

Kay and her team were very responsive to requests about what to see and do. The cottage is on a private lane, with a few other cottages and easy access to public transportation.

Pamela’s cabin was just the perfect getaway for us. Such a beautiful slice of heaven. Thank you for having us.

We appreciated the beautiful historicaly perserved decor, attention to detail, and level of comfort and amenities. May be best for couples and small families because besides the magnificent bedroom the space downstairs may be better suited to children.

I had such a wonderful stay at this charming property! Despite the cold and snowy weather, the space stayed warm and cozy throughout my entire visit, which was such a relief in an older building. The apartment had everything I needed for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The fully fenced-in yard was an amazing bonus, especially for my dog Rhea, who had an absolute blast playing fetch in the snow! The host was incredibly kind and thoughtful, making sure I had all the information I needed and offering great local recommendations for exploring the area. I only wish I could have stayed longer, but I'll definitely be back in Utah this June and would love to stay here again if it’s available. Highly recommend this place!

Really cozy place to stay overnight during our trip to Capitol Reef!

This is the second time we've stayed at Paula's place and we can't recommend it enough. It is so charming and comfortable. It has everything you need and nothing you don't. It's simple and uncluttered. The beds are great. The kitchen is perfect. The couch is so comfy. The living space is open and full of light. Yes, the bathroom is small, but it worked fine for us! (And we loved the water pressure in the shower!) The backyard is glorious. The street is quiet. It's easy to walk to restaurants. We brought our dog and he loved it too. Salt Lake City is only a 40-minute drive to amazing skiing. The hiking in the city is great too. Paula is a wonderful host---if you text her, she answers right away. We love staying at this house.

Shane's Place was a great stay with very clear instructions and easy check-in. It made the perfect halfway stop for our trip from Los Angeles to Denver -- an easy in-and-out right off the highway. You can pop up to nearby Richfield, UT for a great dinner and to grab a soda. And there's a beautiful view of the mountains out in front of the house. Check it out if you're in the area or driving through.

We stayed at this place twice during a road trip. Once going to our destination and then going back home. The house is so spacious and very open concept. It was exactly the space we needed to recharge during our road trip. I loved the decorations throughout. It was not cluttered but you could tell the host put a lot of thought into making the place inviting but also include decorations or things that are useful in a functioning house for guests. The backyard is cute and the lights really help when taking your pups potty. The location is easy to find and parking is ample. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Natalie went above and beyond helping us on the way back when we got a flat tire. She reached out to a tire shop owner and got us sorted out! We were able to check out on time and go on our way home. Honestly, that’s the best kind of hospitality where the host looks out for you. I can’t think of a better place in this area for anyone to stay at.

We enjoyed our stay a lot. Thanks! Clean, well-located, lots of space for the two of us, nice vintage cottage feel, with some modern upgrades. Whole house cooling system works great on those hot Spring days. Property management folks are nice people. Peaceful neighborhood with restaurants, bars and food cart area nearby. Great for people who like to walk to town. It’s so close to everything downtown. Good quiet next door neighbors.

Staying in Marianne’s cottage was absolutely delightful. We spent three nights and wish we would have booked more. The furnishings were welcoming and comfortable. There are books, games and outdoor activities. We never found ourselves feeling bored. Check in instructions were clear, we had no problem getting into the house. Upon arrival the house was clean and smelled nice. It was so close to freeway access, dining, grocery, and gas stations yet it had the feeling of a country cottage with the beautiful surrounding pastures. Marianne was an excellent host. She was friendly and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay in Price as a homebase for exploring hidden gems of Utah (like Goblin Valley) It was on the side of a highway, but the provided sound machine helped to sleep at night. Cute Pioneer Woman home great for sleeping a family with lots of kids.

Great Airbnb, located at the half-way point between Zion National Park and Bryce Canyon (about ~1 hour to each visitor center). The location was really peaceful and Mercy was a great host; she turned on the heat before we got there. Lots of condiments and spices in the fridge and cabinets. Definitely recommend!

Melani has done a great job making this small space very useful and efficient as well as feeling welcoming and homey.

The pictures don’t do justice to Ginger’s place. New, clean, nicely decorated with very well stocked kitchen. We especially enjoyed watching the hummingbirds come to the feeder in the back yard. Very quiet for being close to the road.

Ultra clean, well appointed 2 bedroom unit perfect for our Zion NP trip. Brad was awesome and came over immediately when we made an error on the lock and couldn’t get in. Everything was in working condition. Highly recommend.

This place is an absolute gem. It's perfect for a family of 4 with 2 young children. So quiet at night and so easy to get to and so cozy to stay in...we felt right at home. The hosts might be the best part as they are proactive and so helpful with everything especially "local knowledge". We hope to return as often as possible in the years to come.

We visited Panguitch for the proximity to the national parks in the area and it was perfect. We were comfortable and cozy! Everything we needed was there and we enjoyed our vacation.

This awesome place met our needs perfectly!! The bed was great too! We had an everything we needed to eat cook our own meals and Walmart is only 15 minutes north of the place. A having a nice bbq grill was a huge perk! The only place was very clean and well kept. We definitely recommend this place to others!!

This was such a great place to stay! If you’re looking for a place to get away from the world and take your spouse and relax and have a soak! This place is great! Also there is no neighbors around and it’s very nice and quiet! Would definitely stay here again
