This was the second time we stayed at Vincenzo's apartment. It was a great stay! With spring weather we could use the front balcony with its beautiful views (you can see the sea so well on a clear day!). We will definitely be back!

Everything was perfect, the apartment was equipped with all the amenities that are rarely found including shampoo, bath foam, coffee, pasta etc.

Really quiet and well-served area, perfect for relaxing but also convenient for reaching the center and other attractions nearby. The apartment is well-finished, very clean, well-furnished and equipped with all the necessary amenities, from the equipped kitchen to fast Wi-Fi. Since booking, the host has been very kind and always available, providing us with support and quick responses. Upon our arrival (with early check-in), he gave us all the instructions to easily access with the phone, which was very convenient. He also provided us with a detailed guide with recommended restaurants, supermarkets... We immediately felt at home, even our dog settled in very well. A very pleasant stay, we absolutely recommend it!

Beautiful and spacious apartment within a minute walking distance of the beach and shops and restaurants. With a private parking space 50 meters away. The two beach beds (including !!) complete it. Carlotta is a thoughtful host who communicates well and responds very quickly. In short: recommended.

It was an amazing apartament. It was a first apartament building to the sea. So the sea was like 15 meters away. The balcony has an amazing view of the sea, mountains and the beach. Overall the accommodation and the apartament itself, was very impressive. I would definitely recommend spending time there!

Elisa was very attentive at my arrival and very gentle. The house environment mirroed the warm welcome, and she was so kind to offer on homem ade cake that made my day. The surroundings with nature and birds let me relax as the beautiful garden Elise and Cesare have, as well as their cute cats. I loved the home as it has a sustainble looks and comfort. We had a great time at Sergio's, the apartment is large and spacious, very clean! Very cool despite the low outdoor temperatures. Sergio was helpful and very kind. For the price, already great, there is also breakfast included in a nearby bar there is also included breakfast in a nearby bar!

great location, easy check-in with the possibility of fixing an earlier time, close to the beach, train station and the city center, well-maintained and clean apartment, big plus for air conditioning the😉 only thing I would change is a larger amount of toilet paper and garbage bags, I generally recommend !!

Absolutely positive experience! :) Mr. Stefano is very punctual and kind, ready to provide clarification regarding questions and curiosities about the accommodation and the details of general rules, services, check-in and check-out. Apartment as shown in the photos and more, the double in the photos looks smaller when in reality it is very spacious! Everything clean and tidy, comfortable beds and quiet area, we all rested very well! :) A stone's throw from the Palacongressi, excellent as a base in these cases. All guests satisfied with the experience and good value for money compared to the amenities offered. Nothing else to add:) See you next time!

The small agriturismo is beautifully situated in the hills of Mondavio. Our little house was a dream, very tasteful with beautiful views of the surrounding places. It is a perfect base for biking, seeing cities or going to the sea. Roberto & Tiziana are wonderful hosts, always easily accessible, very friendly and helpful. We will be happy to come back anytime!!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Il Montale is a very peaceful and calm place to enjoy calm holidays. Our home and also the outside and pool area was amazing. Also Pesaro, Urbino, Rimini, San Marino are close by to reach by car.

Andrea welcomed us super warmly and was very good tips for our nearby visits (restaurants, activities, etc.) The place was spacious, perfectly functional, and very clean. Free and private parking, as well as the hot tub are a real plus. We can only recommend booking this place. Ps: for those who would like to go to the Grand Prix de Moto GP (as was our case), be aware that the circuit is very easily accessible, about 10 min drive.

Our stay was very satisfactory. Cinzia's house is very large with spacious and comfortable rooms and a spacious and well-stocked kitchen. The outdoor space is really nice, too bad we couldn't make the most of it in the winter season. Cinzia and her husband were kind and helpful. More than recommended.

Hotel Beautiful, cared for, clean and in a very central area, we spent a week in a beautiful apartment overlooking the sea, clean and cared for in every detail. Upon arrival, Valentina was very kind in showing us both the parking and the apartment and explaining the house rules in detail. We highly recommend the property and will definitely consider another stay with them next year.

Casal del Sole sits on a hill in the middle of the great countryside. You have a unique 360-degree panoramic view. Ideal also with children, as there is a small playground. Table tennis, foosball and enough space for cozy sitting on various chill-out areas or cozy grilling. From the very large pool, you have a sensational view of the beautiful hills. We lived in 2 of the 4 apartments and were each very enthusiastic. The apartments are well equipped, especially the apartment on the ground floor with the great covered terrace. The entire equipment of the apartments, pool area, relaxation areas, extra kitchen is very well and thought out. Stefano and Alessandro with their families take care of everything until the very last detail. Rarely have we experienced such cleanliness and attention to detail somewhere. This is where hospitality comes from the heart. We have rarely recovered so well in a place. Thank you!

When we arrived he let us know that we had a surprise waiting for us. Well, It was an upgrade to the apartment above the room we rented! It was absolutely beautiful and felt like the castle that was lived in in the 1500's!! We slept great, had fun using the fireplace in the kitchen/living area and the stone sink was very authentic. They provided lots of food for us for breakfast and were alway available to let us know where we could go. We walked to Montone and it was so beautiful. The best part was booking a dinner on our last night there. We had a very romantic candlelit dinner with homemade pasta, bread, wine and all the food we could possibly eat! Such great hosts that we are planning on going back again when we visit Italy in 2027. Looking forward to seeing you again!!!!
