Monthly Rentals in Upper East Side, Manhattan

I spent three months in this apartment over the summer, and it was an amazing experience! The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of Manhattan, surrounded by cafes, restaurants, and great shopping. The proximity to the subway made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The apartment itself was very clean, stylishly decorated, and well-equipped. The kitchen had everything needed for a long stay, and the living area was cozy and inviting. I particularly appreciated the reliable air conditioning during those hot summer days. The host was very friendly and always available if I had any questions. Check-in and check-out were seamless. I felt right at home here and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a central, comfortable stay in New York City. I would definitely love to come back!

Edgar was the perfect host. The apartment was in tip-top condition and he was willing to make any accommodations we needed. The location was close to the subway and buses, which was perfect for all our adventures.

Excellent location and easy to communicate with host. The kitchen is suitable if you want to reheat leftovers. The furnishings and bedroom are very comfortable.

My flatmate and I lived in this apartment for three months and totally loved it! The neighborhood is very nice and the house has the best location to both catch the metro and the bus. The house was comfortable and well-equipped. The host was exceptional! They fulfilled every request attentively and promptly. The bathroom could use some renovations but all in all the house is perfect! Highly recommend!
