This was a great location in Tampa for us. Place was clean and baby friendly.

Top 5 AirBnb stays for sure! Spacious. Great views from balcony. Fantastic restaurants and shops nearby. Huge bathroom and more than enough linen & utensils, easy to use climate control. Beautiful building and host was great at responding very detailed and clear. I had no issues at all. I love this place and cannot wait to book again when I visit Tampa!

It was a very clean apartment in a very quiet building in downtown Tampa. Within walking distance of restaurants and a short drive to any sporting events! I’ll definitely book again next time I come to Tampa!

Sara was extremely responsive and the amenities at the condo were great, especially the gym and comfortable beds!

We had a fantastic stay. Excellent communication and easy check in instructions. We loved the screened in porch and the mini refrigerator/freezer was very useful! Can't wait to come back!

Jennifer’s place was literally perfect. My reservation was very last minute and she was able to accommodate me in less than 5 hours after booking and after she had a month long reservation before me. It looks just like the pictures and the balcony was private and clean. It’s close to the airport and central for Tampa. Don’t think twice, just book it!

A lovely apartment situated not far from the airport and lots of amenities. The apartment was clean and furnished with comfortable furniture. Fully recommended for those travelling, the gym had a good selection of machines.

Awesome accommodation in downtown Tampa! My group and I were able to walk to several restaurants and bars downtown. The space was clean and bigger than originally imagined! Perfect weekend getaway :)

This facility was exactly what we needed, I will say I was kind of shocked that I thought I prepaid for everything and then was charged for parking as well as a resort fee… Still feel like it was a pretty reasonable price. I just wish she would’ve included it on the front end.

Zucely’s place was perfect for us. It was very clean and was a great spot to hang out during our down time. It was evident the location is recovering from the hurricanes but Zucely shared that ahead of time. There is also around the clock security which also made us feel safe. We would certainly come back to stay at this location if we have the opportunity.

I stay in many rentals every year and this by far has been the cleanest and most beautiful place I’ve stayed in a very long time. They had everything we needed plus some!! Thank you for the beautiful stay!

The condo is very beautiful and clean! it had all the amenities you would need. The pool was fantastic. It's only around 10 minutes to drive to the beach. Checking in and out was a breeze. Catinca is a friendly and amazing host. Highly recommend!! Would definitely come back.

This was GREAT. Lisa is beyond amazing host. She started with a set up for our dog and it was was so sweet of her. It was holiday time so everybody is busy but oh well she did it!!! We had a bit of the problem with dishwasher and she was beyond helpfull. The Condo has a great location very well decorated ,very cozy . We would definatelly go back there. Thanks Lisa!!!

This was a great location for a quick weekend get away. The place was clean, great view, and host was very accommodating. Bed was super comfy with extra pillows. We would definitely come back.

We absolutely loved the stay! The condo was clean & liked exactly like the pictures! It was so peaceful & quiet. I slept so comfortably! It wasn't hot while I was there but I appreciated the beach equipment & went to the beach that was only a 10 minute drive. This is definitely on my favorites because I would definitely stay again. Perfect condo in a perfect location! We'll be back!

This is our third time staying at Rick‘s place. It is perfect! It is beyond spotlessly clean. And, it has everything you could possibly need for a wonderful stay. Rick is an incredible host. He either picked up the phone when I called or he got back to me immediately! We are going to book soon for a fourth stay. love this place!.

We were in town for my mother-in-laws 90th birthday. And this home was perfect for our family of 4! The home was very spacious, exceptionally clean, plenty of amenities, and special touches that made our stay very pleasant. For example, we got in later than we had anticipated the first night and didn't get a chance to stop at the story for water and coffee for the morning. When we arrived, we were happy to find that both were already supplied in the kitchen! The host was very responsive and even proactive with communication and recommendations for stores close to the home. Check in and out were a breeze! The only down side was that it was unusually cold for Florida and we didn't get a chance to use the amazing pool in the backyard! (Which of course, is no fault of the owner! LOL). Overall, we would highly recommend Robin's place and would stay here again if the need arose.

Our family of 9 loved staying here! There was plenty of space for everyone. It was clean. The spool and air hockey table were a hit. Very easy walking distance to the beach and restaurants.

We stayed here with two other couples for Gasparilla and could not have been more happy with our decision. The place is perfectly sized and equipped for three couples. You are within walking distance of several restaurants and shops, as well as Bayshore Dr. Our hosts were very responsive and a pleasure to work with. We would definitely stay here again in 2026 and would recommend it to friends and family.

Great host and great house! The Host Kimber was very responsive and went out of her way to resolve any concerns I had during my stay. Simply, SUPERB customer service. The House The place was very clean and equipped for long term stay for multiple guest. The decor was pleasing to the eyes and the pool was a bonus. The Neighborhood The house is conveniently located minutes from major highways. The street was quiet and private. Overall, highly recommended.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Brandyn's home. The home was very clean, well stocked, spacious. No surprises for us. We had 5 adults and 1 toddler and did not feel at all crowded. Toddler had room to play in the home. Brandyn graciously checked with us daily to see if there was anything we needed. We will stay there again if we're in the area. I highly recommend Brandyn as a host.

Rita’s house was just as described/pictured. We would definitely recommend. Interior: The size of the home would be very accommodating for larger families and features a huge upstairs master bed, bath, & closet. There is also an “in-law” suite through the garage. The heated pool was really nice, especially during January when we stayed. Surrounding area: It is very close to the bayside path. We really found the proximity to the walking path convenient for running and walking with our 1 year old in her stroller. It is also located just steps away from The Fresh Market grocery store as well as many other businesses. If there is any minor thing we would point out it would only be that upon arrival the floors in the living area, bedrooms, and kitchen seemed like they hadn’t been cleaned. The house is stocked with a vacuum and Swiffer so it wasn’t a huge issue. Otherwise everything was very good.

The only negative thing I have to say is we wished the heated pool got hotter. But it was also an extremely cold weekend and that probably had a lot to do with it. The space itself was large and clean and the pool patio was perfect for our large group. We were able to fit all our friends comfortably in one place. It’s a great value for the price. I would book again for sure!

Probably the best Airbnb I have ever rented! The property is unbelievable. So relaxing. Sooo spacious. Perfect for multi family vacations. Three bedrooms upstairs and 2 down. Allowed for privacy. The guest house is very large. Perfect if a family wants a little more privacy or space. We went with our friends and our kids so having the fenced in property allowed parents to relax and let the kids run free. Highly suggest renting a bounce house. They have the perfect spot for it! Fire wood was provided so that was nice. Very close to town for quick Walmart or restaurant runs. We will definitely be back!
