The Cozy Cottage was so lovely 🤩 it was perfectly decorated, comfy, a safe area, and simply quaint! Definitely recommend! The host is super helpful, very hospitable and super friendly and efficient. It was the perfect spot to stay at for my short trip to Cali. Five stars and then some 🌟 👏🏻

David was super friendly, and the space was just what we needed for our month-long LA stay. The backyard was great ambiance, and we thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor grill space :)

Staying at Aaron’s was paradise. Not only is Aaron and fantastic and reliable host who accommodated every need, but his place is prime for anyone who wants to experience LA/Studio City. Just a few steps from a Starbucks, Walgreen, Gas Station, Ralph’s, and so much more. Close to tons of fantastic food and drink spots. Easy to find parking and the neighbors are very friendly. The place itself is fantastic— very clean and a perfect spot to stay. Has a great bathroom and big closet. Also easy access to the highway so you can go more into the city if you’d like, which was a huge plus. If you’re going to stay in LA, I can’t recommend Aaron’s place enough. Fantastic stay. 10/10.

Such a unique lovely place to stay. This space, on the smaller side, is well laid out, extremely clean and abundantly supplied with everything you can think of and more, quality everything in this space! Hosts were readily available and acccomodating. Marsha does a superior job of ensuring that accommodations are in top condition. We staid 3 months and it was awesome with a friendly vibe. It is evident that the hosts care about your experience in the hobbit rental. Excellent space for the price. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
