the view is just lovely! I recommend having a vehicle if staying here , as it is up a steep winding hill and it's not necessarilysafe to walk it. Has ac, kitchen amenities, coffee, a vending machine outside and a cute little pool. I enjoyed my stay very much!

The appartement was exactly like the pictures. Kitchen and bathroom renovated, large bedroom with huge walk-in. Brand new appliances, two flats screen tv and washing machine + dryer. The view of the pool and beach is amazing. My kids slept well on the hide bed sofa but I wouldn't recommend it for adult (confort). The entire building is under renovation but didn't bother us. We enjoyed the play game room with ping pong table, pool etc. The grocery store and drugstore was at a walking distance. I recommend and would definitely go back

We had such a wonderful stay! The view was spectacular, the location was amazing (3-4 mins away from restaurants, beaches, markets). The hosts are super accommodating. We could not be happier.

I highly recommend Eileen’s place, she is such an amazing host. Always asking if everything is good, Or if you need anything at anytime let her know. She is more than willing to make your stay as comfortable as possible. 🥰 Also Gabriela ( her daughter) is such a helpful person. it was my first time in Puerto Rico and she recommended the best beaches and places to visit. They made me felt like it was my own home. The place is absolutely nice and well equipped and clean. The location is 15min away from all of the restaurants, airport and San Juan viejo!

My family and I stayed here after having a horrible experience with a different airbnb. We were able to book short notice and we were very satisfied with our experience here. It was very clean, we had parking, and it was right on the beach. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful & very clean place , it’s a far walk to the beach, but not too bad with car. The pool within the village is very close. Villa has all the amenities of home. Definitely recommend.

If you've decided to stay in Old San Juan (pro: history and atmosphere; con: traffic, not close to the beach), you will not do better than this place. The high ceilings and huge windows facing the street had all the ambiance you could imagine. We easily walked to all the historic sites. As others have mentioned, we enjoyed sitting on the couch and people-watching through the open windows. Perhaps because it was a holiday week, the noise from passerbys on their way to bars in the evening was considerable, although once we closed the big windows it was never a problem sleeping. The host met us at the door for an orientation to the apartment (a few quirky features) and the neighborhood. It felt like a bit of a splurge for us, but totally worth it!

I recently had an excellent stay at a private, clean accommodation with a very responsive host. As someone from Texas, I appreciate a place that feels welcoming and well-maintained, and this one exceeded expectations. The host was quick to respond to any questions, which made everything even smoother. I highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a peaceful and hassle-free place to stay on the island!

David’s place was exactly what we needed as a family of four including 2 kids. The space was very comfortable and was in a great location. Close to the infinity pool and the main resort amenities. While there wasn’t much a beach at the resort, there is a short walk to Coki beach that had some excellent snorkeling. We also chose the resort for the pools and other amenities that we wouldn’t have access to if we were staying at a stand alone place. We had an amazing time and would definitely book another stay!

Alvin and Wonda, went above and beyond for our family at the last minute. We're forever greatful for their amazing home, and their amazing treatment. This Villa is a GEM, and we will certainly be back. The hospitality is more beautiful than the land itself, and do yourself a favor and book this location immediately!!!

The resort is a great location to stay. It is very close to the beach, scheduled activities for the guests, the restaurant onsite is great also. I really loved the fact that you can take the local shuttle to get around the island, reducing the expense of renting a car or taking a taxi. I would recommend his location.

I celebrated my birthday here with a group of friends. Our stay was absolutely amazing thanks to this Airbnb! The location was perfect, just a short drive to the beach and close to many restaurants and shops. The apartment was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. Chonte was incredibly helpful and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved spending our mornings by the pool or on the patio and our evenings exploring. Thanks to the staff our stay couldn’t have been better. Our drivers Voss, Javier, Carlos, and Maggie were absolutely phenomenal. Always prompt with picking us up and making sure the vehicle was large enough to accommodate our group of 7. As well as offering recommendations. Chef Claudia prepared the most amazing meals for us and Monica came in daily to clean/straighten up. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Puerto Rico. 5 stars all around!

Rickie is a great host, a nice guy and responsive. The apartment is nicely done and spotless with all updated, modern amenities. I enjoyed my stay and would come again. There are a lot of restaurants and shops nearby and it’s an easy drive to Red Hook or Charlotte Amalie. If you have a car, the driveway is a little challenging the first time you enter it. Also, the music from nearby establishments can be heard at night and will go on past 11.
