Vacation rentals with a balcony in United States Virgin Islands

We just wrapped up a 4-night stay at Nicole’s place during our first trip to Puerto Rico, and it was wonderful! After weeks of searching, we found this spot in a great area, and it looked exactly like the photos. Nicole’s place is very clean and well-kept. We felt right at home. Her clear instructions made check-in and check-out a breeze. She was also very easy to reach for any questions. The parking pass was super handy, and her local recommendations were much appreciated. The neighborhood was easy to get around and felt safe. Highly recommend Nicole’s place for anyone visiting PR! Thanks again for hosting us! Hoping to be back in the near future!

I stayed here to celebrate my birthday in Puerto Rico with friends, and it was exactly what we needed! The Airbnb is a 5-7 minute walk from the ocean and close to restaurants and local shops. The space was well air-conditioned and included helpful amenities like beach chairs and a washer-dryer. Overall, we had a great experience and would gladly stay again!

Love this place ! 2 years ago I stood at the apartment underneath with a friend and not only are the aesthetics a whole vibe but the location is so convenient. I was able to book the top floor this time last minute and just like last time it was a whole vibe all over again. 🥰

My wife and son and I had a great stay at Zaida's place over the Christmas holiday. Check in was very easy and the location was great. Close to the airport, simple access to beautiful beach out front and walking distance to many stores and restaurants. The condo is bright and spacious with very large balconies. It was our first time to PR and we greatly enjoyed it. We will return.

Everything about this condo was perfect for my trip, loved the location. Gated community, extremely quiet and peaceful. Laundry facility on site. The host and his manager was extremely nice and easy to work with. Definitely staying here again whenever I’m in town!

Russell is just a wonderful host. The cab driver had difficulty locating the place and I told the driver I will call the host for direction. Russell answered right away and directed us to the unit. I explained to the host we are early because we wanted to know exactly where the property was located, we will go and have lunch and return to check-in later in the afternoon. To my amazement, Russell said, "you are here now, go ahead and check-in, the unit is ready". The Russell was very friendly and accommodating which made us feel at home. Our need and requests were immediately addressed. Our stay was truly wonderful. “A Home Away From Home”. Russell, thank you. We definitely will stay at your location again.

10/10 The pictures don’t do it justice and for the price you just can’t beat it. It was close to anything you may need, and traffic and parking in the area are ideal. Gorgeous views, and a very nice and clean pool. The space was SO clean and a very spacious size for two. There’s a beach very close by and Russell gave us all the details. Check in and out we’re great and informational.

TLDR; if you are ok with a little bit older location that is clean and has amenities that all work, this is a good option. If you are used to resort vacations this might not be the place for you. Great stay with my family at the condo. Our flight got in a little early and the unit wasn’t quite ready but Russel (the host) was amazing and got us in to our unit asap. Unit was clean and had everything we needed. A/C units were new and worked great! The pool area was amazingly clean and had great pool chairs and umbrellas. It was never busy (never saw anyone else in it) and was kept pristine the entire time we were there. Has an outdoor shower to clean off sand and salt water. Location is amazing for doing everything on the north side of the island. I do recommend getting a rental car for this location as taxis would get pricey and I never saw any bus running. Close to a bunch of grocery stores and within 10 minutes of Christiansted harbor. Very peaceful location that feels remote

Russell was so friendly and helpful. The property was secure, very well kept and clean with all working appliances (blender, toaster, coffee maker, etc…) . The location was very convenient to Christiansted and the rest of the island. The community dogs were very friendly, playful and we really enjoyed having them around as we were missing our own back home.
