Dunes House at Bandon - 3 bedroom Oceanfront

This comfortable and airy Bandon vacation rental home has amazing ocean views and convenient beach access. Walk miles of gorgeous beaches and enjoy nearby world class golf courses. The main living area is upstairs, along with the master suite with king bed and private full bath, another full bath, and a second king bedroom. There is third bedroom with 2 queen beds, a family room with twin trundle beds, and a full bath downstairs. Enjoy Wi-Fi, TV, inside laundry, garage, propane BBQ, and deck. Full kitchen with dishwasher, disposal, and other appliances and cookware. You will be the only guests in this home. There is a garage with a propane BBQ and extra parking, a full deck, and amazing views. We will probably only have contact via email and phone. Bandon is one of the most beautiful and picturesque beaches in the world. Beach access is on the other side of the house next door. (Beach access directly through the dune to the west is prohibited to prevent erosion). Old Town Bandon with shops, restaurants and pier is an energetic walk or a short drive away and a fun activity. The house is in the "Jetty" area, which is near sea level and several blocks away from the actual jetty, with the foghorn and just across the river channel from the Bandon Light House, now part of Bullard's Beach State Park. (The foghorn serves a valuable safety function for the local fishermen and boaters. Many people enjoy the nautical sounds, while others prefer to use ear plugs at night.) Pets: Up to 2 dogs are welcome for a fee of $20 per pet per day. We recommend an automobile, and have plenty of parking with a garage and room behind for additional parking. It's a short drive to Old Town's shops and restaurants, and about 5 miles south to Bandon Crossings' great golf or 15 minutes north to Bandon Dunes Golf Resort. Bandon, Oregon is a wonderful coastal retreat, with quaint shops and restaurants, a crabbing and fishing dock, and charter fishing. It has miles of lovely beaches, tide pools, wildlife, and pounding surf. There's lots to do: horseback riding on the beach, flying kites, kayaking through the Bandon Marsh, fishing for salmon in Coquille River, exploring the Sand Dune National Recreation Area (about a half hour drive), or serving as a base for day trips, such as south to the Redwoods National Park in northern California. GOLF: Some land is meant for Golf. Bandon, Oregon is one of those places. Bandon Crossings Golf Courseis a unique and interesting 18 hole course with carts available, and recommended as a hidden gem by Links Magazine, and ranked by GOLF Magazine in the top 100 courses in the US under $150. A short drive to several beaches and sand dunes for a day full of outdoor adventures. Plenty of parking for your toys including boats and trailers is available. World famous Bandon Dunes Golf Course is less than a 30 minute drive away! Conveniently located just a few blocks off of the Scenic Coastal Highway and a quick 5 minute drive to the North Bend airport. The house is fully handicap accessible with a ramp up to the front door and extra wide doors throughout the house. Please also note there is no barrier between the yard and the water (at high tide). Children will need to be supervised to ensure safety.

To make our 3 bedroom 2 bath home more accessible during the winter off-season months, we superhosts are offering it at a one bedroom rate, with the understanding that guests will only use the one upstairs master bedroom and the adjacent bathroom, kitchen and living areas. Walking distance to restaurants.Fenced yard that is large enough for trailers, small boats& atvs. Pets welcome with an extra 70/stay cleaning fee. If pet excrement is noted in yard or inside the house, a 150 violation fee applies for biohazard cleaning.

Exquisite location for exploring Coquille Point and Face Rock. The stairs down to the beach are a pleasant walk of about 2 blocks away. If the surf is too high or you don’t feel like dealing with the stairs there are multiple benches with the best cliff side views of the best beach in Oregon (in my humble opinion). The house is bigger than expected with an extra finished bathroom in the garage if needed. Front living room is nice and spacious with a view of the water. Town is a mile away with a big grocery store and everything else you need. I want to go back!

We had 6 adults, 2 teens, a 3 year old and 2 dogs and the house fit us comfortably, a bed for everyone. The amenities were just as they said. Although the house is a bit dated and the kitchen could use some new pans, it was clean and private with a large outdoor area for kids and dogs to run. Check in was easy and the host was very responsive to any questions I had.

We had a great stay in Eugene. The home had a great location and we took several walks to enjoy the beautiful spring flowers. My mom loved the beds, and said it was like sleeping on a cloud. The house is older, and as a result the owners have several rules posted to help care for it. There is one bathroom, so if you sleep upstairs you’re going downstairs at night to go to the bathroom. The clawfoot bathtub is higher off the ground and was difficult for my older parents to get in and out of. We loved the TV connecting to all our streaming apps, and it was very easy to navigate them to log in.

We love this lakehouse. It's a prime location for fishing, kayaking, paddleboarding or swimming. Kids loved fishing off the dock and caught lots of fish. House works well for multiple families staying together and host/ local caretaker were super flexible with us. Be aware the 3 rentals on this property all share the dock and lakefront space. Not a problem for us, everyone is quiet and friendly.

Awesome house and awesome host. Michael is super responsive and fast. Great value, great location, amazing piece of property, perfect house for a golf trip. The deck and hot tub are fun. Things that didnt matter to us but might for you: the bunkbed room is not a bedroom but a loft that is open to the tv room; wi-fi went in and out a few times; shower water pressure was weak. These are nitpicks. Still a great place that we will re-book next year & overall a great house for a golf trip!

Looking for a beautiful semi secluded cozy home? Look no further! Melanie’s home is perfect to get away from the city life and to reconnect with nature. A few local shops nearby. Not much night life, but that okay because the yard and fire pit make it all worth it while enjoying fresh air! Cozy 3 rooms with living room being center of all the rooms. Kitchen has most of the gadgets you would need to make food at home since there isn’t a bunch of local food options. All in all this little gem is worth it! Beautiful locations with beautiful trees surrounding this home. Melanie was responsive and a great host!

Our 4th visit to Keith's amazing place in Yachats. We love Sea it All. The unobstructed views are amazing. Great sunsets and the sounds of the ocean make this a place we always enjoy. The home is in a quiet neighborhood just south of the bridge, but close enough for walking back into Yachats. The King bed is very comfortable. We enjoyed the TV and fireplace in the evenings. Worked perfect with our Hulu subscription. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you would need. Newer fridge and dishwasher, with even a great washer and dryer in the mud room. Plenty of room for the kids in the downstairs bedroom, with its own bathroom. Keith is an amazing host and very responsive to any questions. We look forward to our next stay in the Sea it All AirBB in Yachats!
