Monthly Rentals in Ulva Island

The apartment was warm, clean and well built. We noticed that it was extremely soundproof from the other units,The views were spectacular, and it was a 5 minute stroll from the town. We bumped into Liz at the Pub Quiz on Sunday night and she was very approachable. She gave us good tips on kiwi spotting within town. We did manage a close encounter with a kiwi which was very exciting. Would definitely recommend the apartment and Stewart Island as a whole.

Lovely cottage with a great vibe and lovely views. It was a bonus having the option of a car, and I was very happy to discover a coffee machine. Would definitely recommend.

Ringaringa was well kitted out and comfortable. The sun enclosed sunporch and the wood stove were great extras. We enjoyed both sunny and stormy weather from the sun porch. The wood stove was really great when it got cold during one evening. Once we found the path, walks on the beach were great. I swam off of Ringaringa Beach. The water was a comfortable (to me) 14c, and I saw a Maori Octopus. Our host and their agent were easy to find and great at communicating. We've already started scheming about when we can come back!
