Vera and Ellen informed us about everything in time and were very friendly. The living room with the sofas in front of the gas fireplace is very cozily furnished, the kitchen has everything you need and the bathroom is nice. Everything was very clean. The beds are also great, you can sleep great in them. The outdoor facilities are well maintained and appealing, the location quiet, but still close to Steenwijk or to the highway if you want to do something. Everything is really very good except for the fact that you have almost no space for your clothes. But we got that sort of sort and wasn't crucial. We can highly recommend this apartment!

What a special and beautiful place. When we arrived we felt immediately welcome. In the run-up to our stay, we were thought of. The tranquility the space everything completely as described and even more! We had a really nice and special time. The hospitality was great. We were warmly welcomed and there were many treats we were allowed to use. It is certainly repeatable and recommended for everyone.

Coming from the busy Randstad, Jaco and Gerard's guesthouse was a pleasant accommodation. Homely and above all quiet, wonderfully quiet. We enjoyed being away and before that this cottage was an excellent base. The short contacts with the hosts were friendly and we had more than enough privacy.
