This was one of the best places we stayed at in Bali. The pictures match precisely. The bnb is made so well and so uniquely. It is beautiful inside! With a pool and sauna! Double thumbs up. If you’re confused whether to book or not just book! Totally worth it! Only drawback is the location is a little far and secluded but still doable with the beautiful and luxury place!

Our stay at the villa was absolutely perfect. While we were there to jam in as much exploration of Bali, we adjusted our plans to make time to relax and enjoy the gorgeous space! Our own little oasis… Dewa and all the staff were amazing- truly first class service and wonderful place to call home during our stay. We will be back again!!!!

Best apartment in the heart of Ubud!

This was the second time I’ve stayed in Albert’s penthouse in Parq Ubud and I cannot recommend it highly enough. It’s a very modern, spacious, comfortable and clean environment that very much feels like a home. The Parq facilities - gym, 3 pools, sauna, multiple restaurants and abundant co-working space make the complex extremely self-contained and like its own little luxurious village a mere 10mins by scooter taxi from central Ubud. Albert is an exceptionally supportive, kind and communicative host. Thank you for another amazing stay! 🙏

Hi Ben and Tanya, Wow we leave your gorgeous villa this afternoon around 3 pm. We just want to tell you both, a big big big thank you! Your home is simply so different. Lives out her name as Tranquil home. Ira and the team is simply amazing. Ira, Vian, Kade and Agus are a different caliber. Ira leads from the front with a smile and such genuine warmness and desire to want to make the stay amazing. This team just loved on us so so well. We are humbled and so impacted by their love and attention to our every detail. We truly have been spoilt. The love is not from a professional point, but truly carrying warmth of the heart! the villa is exquisite. the standard of everything was simply outstanding. from fixtures to fittings. We want to commend you both and your team. Truly we have created a memory for my wife and 3 children. We so wish that we could just stay on. :) Anyway we will be in touch. We had an amazing stay in this accommodation! The villa was very beautifully presented with an excellent pool for swimming and cooling off. It was very easy to get around from this location. The accommodation team had excellent communication and were always accessible by messenger. All the staff we encountered were so friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone!

Had the best time here! Would definitely recommend staying here. The place is really nicely located, it is in a less busy area but still loads of cafes, restaurants, etc in the neighborhood. And they also have a really nice in house spa and gym!

The pictures do not do this place justice, it is STUNNING. Our group really enjoyed the property and wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Thank you, thank you, thank you to the staff. You all truly made our stay seamless and amazing. We cannot thank you enough! Note: we did not realize from the pictures/posting that this place is multilevel so there are quite a few steps and the rooms feel very siloed. Great for privacy but we did feel a little disconnected as a group. However, the common spaces made up for it. You won’t regret booking this place!

VILLA: Loved my experince at the villa. it's built beautifully and has a direct view of ubuds popular rice fields. Its an amazing AirBnB to stay if you're looking to stay North of Ubud and want to experince the Ubud country life. hot water, wifi, ac, service was all perfect FOOD: The breakfast was really tasty and authentic. fresh juices and fresh fried rice - I'm a vegetarian and they went out of their way to make food that was comfortable to me TRANSPORT: the staff helped me with a scooter and for longer distances grab and gojek were easily available LOCATION: really good if you want to explore kintamani and cretya - but about 20mins from the main Ubud market - the road connection is good so it isn't an issue - reachable by both car and road I would recommend this stay if you want a truly authentic balinese experience in Ubud - very peaceful for a long stay and unwind - they also have a spa and a common area for work

This was one of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in! The amenities were incredible—we made full use of the sauna, cold plunge, pool, luxurious tub with a projector, and the outdoor daybed. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the spacious bathrooms were beautifully designed. Every detail felt thoughtful, from the stylish decor to the fresh fruit and coconuts, which were a wonderful touch. Plus, the location was fantastic—easily walkable with great restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this place!

We were a group of 8 family and friends ranging from ages 23 to 80. We were there to celebrate an 80th birthday and this venue suited us perfectly. Lotus villa is a truely amazing property - it has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. However it is the staff, Komang and her team, that made our stay extra special. The only downside is if you want to travel outside the villa as the roads are very busy and small distances can take a long time.

We only stayed for one night, but everything was perfect. Friendly staff, easy check-in, very accommodating with late check-out. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The full body massages at the spa were incredible, and our rooftop restaurant lunch was a great way to end our stay. Would definitely stay again.

Really enjoyed my stay here!! Perfect location, close to beach, boutiques, restaurants- everything. Very quiet, clean and looked just like the photos. Shower had great pressure and hot water!! Staff was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. One thing to note is that it is located on a new street and hard to find based on the address given. You have to type in the name of the building into google maps (not the address provided) which isn’t supplied to you upon booking. Every Grab delivery/pick up I had got lost down one of the parallel streets. Not a big issue. Would definitely stay again! Thank you.

Sunny Aparts II is a hotel with a front desk receptionist 24/7. It has a roof top restaurant, gym, spa, recording studio and podcast room. It’s centrally located to many great shops, restaurants, popular nightclubs, markets, massage options, laundry services, etc. The room is quiet, spacious and has all the amenities of an apartment. The staff are so nice and willing to help at all hours of the night. The hotel is down a 100 yard paved road- wall on the right and dirt field on the left. The address doesn’t come up correctly in Google maps so, do ask the host for local directions to give to your drivers. In comparison of other options and value, once the location was dialed in, I was very pleased with my stay.
