Apartment well located, very clean and organized. It is close to the center with bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, shopping and wonderful beaches. The hostess is very kind and helpful. This is the second time I've come with my family and as we always love! I highly recommend 😊♥️

We love the apt very top meeting our expectations...the only thing that could improve would be the use of BBQ to use it on the outside that faces the pool has to pay a fee ...I think they could be exempt when using the barbecue , but the rest is great condominium apt super recommend 😍

Our stay was amazing! Since our arrival, we have been greeted with great affection by Celia and her family. The apartment is super cozy, well-equipped and very well located, just minutes from the center of Ubatuba and with easy access to markets, shopping, restaurants and beaches. Everything was impeccable, and hospitality made the experience even more special. Without a doubt, a stay that we recommend and we hope to repeat!

We had a great stadia in Marcos' apartment. I always request and respond quickly. The place is exactly as in the pictures and it was clean, we enjoyed well. Marcos gave us all the support and was very flexible. I recommend it to everyone and we'll be back again for sure! We love it!

The house is amazing, exactly as in the pictures and how I was expecting. The place is peaceful and private, with no problem to reach, in addition to having no external disturbance. The house was in perfect conditions of cleanliness and organization, as well as having the necessary to make the stay quiet and comfortable. I have nothing to complain about, just thank you for the great reception of D. Lucia and also for the clarity in the information and indications passed by Marília days before my stay.

We stayed 8 days at Michelle's place. It was all perfect. The house is extremely well located, organized, super clean and fresh. Michelle is very responsible and attentive to details. Easy and quick check in. We were very fortunate to have found her because every time we go to Paraty, we sure want to be at Michelle's house once again. We already miss it because everything was above our expectations. Thank you so much Michelle for everything! Your home is a magnificent home for holidays, for work, for relaxing! We had a great experience. Quiet place, all very clean and organized. Great location, close to the trade and the best beaches, you can do everything on foot. And Fábio was an excellent host, always very polite, helpful and friendly. I recommend it!

The house is very good and Francisco very helpful from the first contact, it is a house with total privacy and very good to spend time in Paraty, I recommend.

The house is impeccable like the photos, complete has all the kitchen utensils, barbecue, swimming pool, air conditioning in the bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, television in the barbecue area and in the living room, the neighborhood has everything market, bakery, butcher's, cellar, restaurants, I don't have what to complain, host responds quickly, everything was clean, can rent without fear of being happy this house still fit two cars in the lookout garage and UP we were very well accommodated in the house

great hosting! The access by car is a little complicated, especially if it is raining, so it may be better to leave the car at the entrance so as not to take risks.

The stay in the Daisa accommodations was perfect. Near the great beaches of Ubatuba and great restaurants, I felt at home. Impeccable and comfortable home.

Quiet stay, super met my expectations, very organized and safe place! The Mario host always very helpful and I found the check-in very easy, great pools. It is worth staying in this apartment anyway!!

Second time we rented Maria's apartment and it was great! The apartment is large, very well equipped, has two bathrooms ( with great showers) and very close to the beach! Also, it accepts pets! A tip for those who rent and prefer a more empty beach with a quiet sea: Praia Grande is a block of the apt practically, but we chose to walk to Tenório Beach (very close too), which is wonderful! Because it is well located, we were able to visit the Red Beach and Toninhas as well. The center is very close (by car) with great options of restaurants, has a large shopping mall and supermarkets (Sugar bread, for example). Near the apartment there are groceries, wineries, bakeries, pharmacies.. everyone can go on foot. The Jefferson employee and the trustee are super solicitos. Maria always answered us quickly, I have nothing to complain about.. we will definitely rent more often!

Estadia was perfect , the apartment in person is much better than in the photos , in the photos I found ok but personally it is muuuuuuito better than in the photos , very large and spacious recommend muuuuuuito !!!

Staying exactly like in the listing, we stayed 4 nights and everything was great. The location near several things to do, fit in perfect condition and great appliances, is all new and well-maintained. The air-conditioning was working and it helped because it was very hot, very good barbecue and the backyard had great privacy. We recommend it perfect!

Very well located in the southern part of Ubatuba. Easy access to the beaches of Caçarca, Fortaleza, Maranduba and Lagoinha and also to the castle of the Heralds of the Gospel. The cozy condo with a pool. Apt well looked after and clean. I recommend it!

We located in Marcel's apartment with 4 adults and one 4 year old child. His apartment is very practical and comfortable! It is located in an easily accessible block, quite quiet and with a beautiful view of the garden from the balcony. The washing machine was a note 10 for a 7-day trip! The condominium itself is beautiful and very quiet, it has two pools - a large and a children's, sauna, restaurant (unfortunately with slow service) and opportunities to play tennis and beach tennis! The one-time fee for use of the swimming pool was R$45 per adult (children under 5 years old are free). Marcel was extremely clear in his communication, sending detailed instructions about the condominium, the apartment and even tourist recommendations from Ubatuba. The beach access is just minutes from the condo entrance. For those who do not know Praia das Toninhas, I recommend to visit!

Hosts Gisele and André are very caring and kind. From the first contact we answered our questions and were helpful to our needs. The house was properly organized and clean, everything we needed for a stay of 8 adults and 1 child for 4 days was available and the improvement points informed by us were promptly heard and made available to improve for the next stays. The location of the property is easy to walk to Pereque Acu beach (15 minutes walk) and by car easy access to the beachfront (route used to access the other beaches).
