Beach condo vacation rentals in Ubatuba

It was a pleasure to have rented this apartment. Everything perfect, exactly as in the pictures, all very clean and ready to welcome us, not to mention the view to the beach. I will definitely come back again and again. Hosts are always willing to respond. Thanks for having us so well.

Sônia was an excellent host, extremely polite and kind, she gave us all the support we need, gave us all the information with details and photos, and was always available to answer questions and messages. The location of the apartment is wonderful, with a short walk we are on the beach of Toninhas, which is a very familiar beach with a fantastic nature! The apartment is in an old condominium, it is simple, but it was well organized and clean. It is a suitable space for up to 4 people, as we were in 3 for us to be of great size. It has 2 air conditioners working perfectly, 2 televisions (one of them smartv) and a good internet. The structure corresponds to the photos and the listing. Just one note: to return from the beach has a steep ramp, and a flight of stairs to access the apt, so those who have difficulty locomotion may have a bit of a problem. In our case it was quiet the route.

The affection of hosts for guests is demonstrated in every detail of the apartment, very complete, makes us feel at home. Great place for family with children, near Praia Toninhas, very quiet and well frequented. Our second stay and only get better each time. Congratulations Marcia and Milton.

Our stay was amazing! From the communication with Maria Regina to the days of accommodation. The apartment and location exceed listing expectations. It was a pleasant surprise to open the windows of the ap. and have a fascinating view of the beaches of Toninhas e Grande. I certainly recommend it to everyone!

We loved Charles place. Having multiple pools and the gym within the compound made a huge difference to our holidays. The flat was really clean and has everything you need for your holidays. Also we close proximity to the shops and restaurants meant we didn't drive at night. You do have to drive to the beaches and the most beautiful ones we're only about 25min away, so again great location! We will definitely be back. Thanks Charles!

we liked the place very much, I felt at home at the time we stayed there. The AP is very spacious and has everything we need to prepare food. The place is very quiet, without clutter or noise. We really liked the AP. without any complaints. We were very well attended, the host always responded when I needed help to check in.

clean . cozy apartment near the beach . You don't even need to move the car out of the driveway .

My family and I like the accommodation, quiet place if noise is very hot because of the kkkk heat, the more we take advantage of the outdoor area with the children. The only sapê beach is very quiet we like it very much, Nivea was always available to help🙏🏻we go back more often😊

Great to travel and bring the kittens, screened space, well aerated with air conditioning, very close to the beach, safe, it has everything close, condominium with swimming pool and leisure infrastructure, great for holidays, super friendly and loving host. Super Recommended!

The house is a grace, it has everything to cook, a fridge and a very good stove. i just wanted to highlight one thing,there are great fans there,but whoever is hot like us,we recommend taking more fans,because it's very hot. Noa mais,the location is good, wonderful pool,sir. Adilson very kind,we love and will be back soon.

The apartment is located in the best area of Praia Grande, quiet street and staff of the very gentle building. By the way, the building is very nice, even has a heated indoor pool. I went with a small child and a baby, it was very practical to be this close to the beach. You have a great restaurant nearby. The apartment is the same described and the same as the photos, do not forget to bring sheets, towels and items of basic need.

Gustavo was an excellent host, as well as the respective professionals who served us. The apartment is quite complete, and undoubtedly made life easier.

I loved our stay, ap. Perfect, everything new and the great space, I was surprised, much more than expected… everything I needed to cook (bowls, dishes, etc.) had to spare. The easy access location is very quiet, Mr. Quite requested, mt gentleman… If I have the opportunity I will come back other times, I recommend it!

Excellent location, clean, good location, easy check-in and communication, air-conditioning works perfectly. It was super worth it. The only thing missing is that there is no filter in the kitchen, so you need to buy water.

Impeccable apartment, all well-maintained and clean. Well-equipped. Great private outdoor area for a BBQ. Smart TV in the living room and conventional in the bedroom. Great air conditioning fixtures. Cooled Water Filter, Air Fryer. Extra bed and single sofa under the double bed. The condo is very nice, great swimming pool, great parking, toy library, indoor heated pool, game rooms. And with great ease of going to the beach and return with showers for removal from the sand. I recommend.

The apartment is very functional and is on the upper floors where there are many stairs. Environment as described in the photos, the pool is very good and is located next to a beautiful and quiet beach for bathing. I felt right at home.

Great apartment, it was my first time renting through Airbnb and I loved the experience.

I stayed in the apartment of great quality, clean, organized. Everything is as shown in the photos (I suggest just updating the photo of the room that today has 2 bunk beds) which is wonderful, as it has accommodated the family of 7 people and a small dog. It has a washing machine and dishwasher, microwave, toaster, sandwich maker, everything that is necessary to make life easier. The clean, spotless bedding and towels, the place has a natural and well airy light, but air-conditioned in all the rooms. It's very quiet even being in front of the pool we had no problem (and we went on the Easter holiday with Ubatuba stocking), the truth is that I felt at home. Great location, city center, but not in the tourist center. Mara was very solicited and helped a lot in our stay.
