Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Ubatuba

The house is very good, and it was extremely clean and smelling. Very nice place for those who want to rest because the house is very cozy, in the neighborhood there is a market, a restaurant and a bakery nearby. Dona tb is very solicitous and attentive. All rooms with air conditioning, only compliments. We will definitely return.

The house is great, spacious and comfortable. It deserves highlight the gourmet space, where we are more gathered. The beach is very close, which makes it very easy, and the condominium is very safe. Mr. Alexandre was extremely helpful from the first contact. I hope to get back to you for sure.

We had a great stay at the turn of the year. The house is spacious and airy, accommodating very well 7 adults and 2 children for 6 days.

Comfortable house, right next to the beach, quiet walk! We had a really nice weekend with our family. Highlight for the smelling and comfortable towels and bed linens. The outer part where there is a deck that you are integrated with nature, with a stream on the side and a very good BBQ area with a large table. I was afraid of having pernilongo due to the proximity to the forest, no more pernilongo or fly appeared!!

The house is exactly the same as the photos. Amazing sea view, super-equipped kitchen, and warm cosiness in the house. Design of the house is super gorgeous, and the distance from the beach is super short. I loved spending days here! In addition, the hosts were super communicative to answer any questions. The house is very beautiful, comfortable, inside the forest, impressive. Great for bringing kids. The deck is special for diving and kayaking, not to mention the hospitality of the boatman Toninho and Ninha. The turtle dweller gives a special charm!

The home of the feeling of coziness and hugs you! It is a very familiar place, delicious, with many plants, a feeling of interior but very close to the center of Ubatuba. I have a Border collie dog and the backyard is impeccable and very spacious for pets (in addition to being all surrounded). The house has EVERYTHING you may need, very well-equipped, fan in all rooms, including in the living room, air conditioning in the bedroom… we feel at home and we really like it! We're definitely going back! A tbm differential is the external area that is giant, barbecue with a great structure and even has a fridge in the external area (in addition to the kitchen)… you can appreciate nature and the birds because they leave a little to play every morning, a show! And to close with gold key, Nati let the gnt have more flexibility at check out, which made us have another delicious day of the beach!

I would recommend it without a doubt! It was amazing days with my family in an excellent home that met all our expectations. I intend to come back more often as the experience was wonderful. it was probably the best house that my family and I have rented until today, very easy to find, clean, organized, everything working, very simple check in, well located, the host Lara always responding and caring about us, helped me what I needed, wonderful, I liked it very much and if I can come back for sure!

The apartment is excellent, much larger than the pictures describe, has an exclusive barbecue of the apartment that sits on the terrace, a very large and complete space for a family lunch, comfortable beds, working air conditioning. We'll definitely be back, my family loved it. Andreza was super solicit in Td.

Very attentive Francisco, helped us in everything that was needed. Apartamento is exactly as described, all very clean and organized. The Rooftop Pool Really Tasty! Excellent barbecue as well as TV in the gourmet area and in the living room ! Super recommend !

It was an incredible weekend, the flat is well located, close to restaurants and the centrinho, Glaucia gave several recommendations and always responded very quickly, the flat is organized, clean and cozy, we will come back more often.

I booked Belen’s place to go on vacation with my wife and her family, and I am glad I did. The place is beautiful and it’s great if you love nature. Belen was very responsive when we needed anything. There are beautiful trails where you can see waterfalls and other nature. I would highly recommend staying here.

Gorgeous house, very close to the beach, so it means if you are a family with children you can easily come and go without a car. Very well equipped for cooking also! Great experience!

The dream house is literally dreamy! The impeccable house with a fantastic structure. Mr. Wellington has always been very kind and helpful in every situation. Excellent heated pool and outdoor amenities. Comfortable living room with sofas and television with movie streams, and large and cosy suites. The internet oscillated in a few days, but it worked perfectly. The kitchen is a paradise for those who love to cook. We were worried about the bugs, but we were surprised that we didn't even need to use repellent. The birds visiting us every day was a charm for our eyes. The site is close to the center of Paraty and easy to access. We feel sad about leaving. Marta, the host has always been helpful, kind and punctual in the responses. We will certainly be staying more often.

This property is simply beautiful. The space is organized well, offering open living spaces to enjoy together as well as plenty of bedrooms for privacy and rest. The A/C and fans worked well in all bedrooms. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean and functioned well. The house is supplied quite well for cooking with plenty of dishes and glasses. The pool area is excellent, offering a really relaxing space. We even saw a toucan during our first dip. Jian was a terrific host, always responsive and helped us to troubleshoot as needed. The neighborhood is quiet with a less than 10 minute drive to the historical center or a 20ish minute walk. I hope to come back and enjoy this wonderful property again in the future.
