I visited Newcastle and surroundings, travelling by myself from mainland Europe. The apartment is clean and spacious and I loved that it's minimal yet cosy and light. If you're a bit more sensitive: the bedroom is situated on the side of a busier road. If you keep the bedroom window closed, there's no noise. I opened the window at night and used ear plugs - worked fine. At 5 minutes walking distance from metro and small shops. A 20 minute walk to a wonderful beach. Tomara was very friendly ad prompt in her communication and thinks along if you have a question. Recommend staying there!

All went well. Clear instructions about self check-in. Lovely, cosy home, separate sitting/dining area for guests, with access to a secluded garden. Very comfortable. Tea/coffee making facilities, fridge/microwave if needed.

Great place for a weekend stay. Close to the station, easy check in. Couple of lovely pubs near by and easy walk to shops / bars / restaurants etc in city centre. Nice flat with everything you need. thanks!

Nick was an amazing host and we felt right at home for our one month stay, the house match the description and many amenities were provided. The kitchen was complete with the all the necessary utensils and we had no problem cooking everyday.

Ther property is ereally close to the Metro station and even though the property is close to the main road the noise isn't too noticeable. the property is extremely comfortable and well thought out. I would definitely stay again!

A truly lovely property, ideally situated within walking distance of all the key sights in Newcastle. The amenities were ideal and the property was super comfortable and cosy. Gemma was very responsive to any questions we had too. She is a great host. Highly recommended.

Lovely upper two floor flat opposite park. Huge living room with views over the park and sea beyond. Lots of space and had everything we needed. Plenty to do around and 15 minute walk to metro to get into Newcastle.

Great quirky place in an excellent central location

We had a great stay at Amy’s location. Absolutely loved the style of the flat, and everything was clean and in great condition. The location was great for us, we walked into the centre a few times and used Uber to get home, which cost around £5. Amy offered great recommendations. We loved the fireplace and made us feel right at home. We also made use of the games that were left. It was such a kind touch of the hosts to leave us some treats too, which were very much appreciated. Overall, a fantastic stay, and would love to come back. Thank you so much, and Happy New Year 😊

Stayed for 3 nights - great location close to metro station and local shops. Accommodation clean, comfy and can highly recommend. Neil very responsive and helpful in all correspondence.

Had booked in for its location! Was in the heart of South Shields and you could really head to the beach walking. I would book here again if I need to be in Sunderland or Newcastle for the day. The house was decorated in a unique style. I enjoyed the modern decor. It has been kept very clean. Yasmin, was very responsive and helpful. All in all I recommend it again. Would come back here sooner than expected. Thanks

The six of us (4 adults and 2 children) had plenty of room and everything we needed. The house was very convenient for a visit to Beamish and a concert at the Theatre Royal in the evening. Thank you for a great stay!

Nick's communication was excellent. We had no trouble finding the apartment and, when we did, our expectations were fully met. The apartment is very stylish, comfortable, spotless and very well equipped. It was the perfect place to relax after a day out walking. Although the apartment is close the the city, the area is peaceful and the views from the balcony are lovely. We would highly recommend Nick's place.

Lisa has created a really nice place to stay. You get a living room with a separate spacious bedroom, a big lovely bathroom with separate bath and shower and a kitchenette with fridge, microwave, crockery & utensils, with teas / coffee, milk and cereal provided. Everything was neat and tidy. You may need a car to get the best out of the location, although there are buses available. Great stay, thoroughly recommend.
