Great house with nice size bedrooms, good social space and amazing location near the sea.

Really nice flat with lovely views over Roker Pier and the North Sea. It was very cold when we were there but the flat was warm and cosy. Peter / Helen were very welcoming.

Absolutely incredible stay just what we needed it was quiet and private and peaceful even for a weekend I loved my stay with my partner and sister in law I will definitely be booking here again so comfortable beds to and the shower was amazing and the kitchen just felt like cooking at home thank you so much Stephen for making it feel like home I will definitely be back again from Scotland :)

all went well, happy with everything - especially the underfloor heating :)

Clean, tidy and well furnished. Exactly as pictured/ described. Great location for enjoying the nightlife. Host was quick to respond and helpful. Property manger was very friendly and helpful. Took us up to the apartment and made sure we were happy with everything before leaving us to enjoy our stay. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Excellent apartment, beautifully decorated and everything was of the highest quality. It was a great location and a short distance from the metro station.

The location was great for us,being in walking distance from our son and his family.The studio was perfect,Spotisly clean and so easy for my Disabled husband because everything was on one level and beautifully fitted everything was of excellent quality.

Had a very comfortable stay. The host was very helpful. The location was perfect for restaurants, shopping and near the town centre and good local transport. I have no hesitation in recommending this accommodation.

Myra is an outstanding host. She was very helpful and quite accommodating. Quick responses and would answer any questions we had before and during the stay. We had an incredible experience staying at Billy's property! From the moment we arrived, Billy was an outstanding host, making sure everything was perfectly in place and ready for our arrival. The house was spacious and easily accommodated all 6 of us with plenty of room to spare. One of the highlights of our stay was being greeted with freshly baked blueberry muffins – a thoughtful and delicious touch that made us feel right at home. The house had all the amenities we needed, making it feel just like our own home. We particularly enjoyed the private access to the property and the hot tub, which was a great way to unwind after a day of exploring. I am thankful to Dushyant for his fantastic and friendly hosting. Dushyant's place is very secure and pleasing. The stay at this place is worth having good discussions and qualitative talks regarding the vacation around. I had a wonderful time at this place. The room as shown in the profile was the same, very up-to-date, crystal clean, and safe. The kitchen and washroom were clean and good to feel homely. Every aspect mentioned in the Airbnb Profile was the same as I experienced. This is rare to find. I would recommend him for the super host. He was genuine and supportive at times of any help. This is easily one of the best places I’ve ever stayed and I stay in Airbnb’s. Janny is warm welcoming. And amazing. The beds are comfy close to the city center. The neighborhood is absolutely amazing. Very chill unbelievably nice people but again it’s Newcastle so lol. But now if you want to stay in Newcastle, this is the place that you want to stay trust me!!

thank you Jen and Brian for such a magical stay! we couldn't have asked for more! everything was magnificent, the extra touches to mark Stephen's birthday was touching and memorable, I was also surprised with a bottle of Prosecco, went to view bridal dresses but never found one I liked and brian and Jen were so sweet and still gave it to me lol thank you both! we recommend this place highly, the pictures don't do it justice, you need to experience it yourself. we loved the cosy corner, playing darts, sitting by the fire, chilling on the beach chairs ( i must have these now for our garden lol) and the hot tub is the best we have ever been in. the garden is just stunning and comes alive at night! the bed was super comfy too, got such good sleep. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and cannot wait to go again! thanks again to our attentive and wonderful hosts!

Amazing stay, felt at home and Tom couldn’t be anymore helpful. Would recommend him to anyone. We got egg from his chickens that he gave us, wood provided the first time of use and the hot was a bonus and heated up within 2 hours with the fire. Overall loved our stay and defiantly will be back to stay with TOM. Thanks again. The place was clean and easy findable with what3words.

Lovely house, beautiful hot tub and gardens! Lovely welcome basket, clear instructions given and the host answered our phone call straight away when we were a bit confused as to which door to enter the property🤣. Would highly recommend!
