Had a wonderful time at erics place, he was very easy to contact and gave us a few local recommendations. The place was perfect for my group of 5 and even my little pup, who had a blast running around in the snow. Recommended this place to anyone looking to wind down and enjoy some peace and quiet. We also visited the town of calicoon which had some great vintage shops and a few places to eat, even though we mostly made dinners at home. It was nice to have the option. Thanks again eric!

We enjoyed our stay at the River Queen. The house had very good vibes. It was fun hot tubbing at night when it was 13 degrees and snowing! Highly recommend dining at Cochecton Fire Station. Staff, customers super friendly and the ornery old fashioned was delicious! Overall a great long weekend getaway 👍

Lovely stay with my group of friends! Donald was super accommodating and responsive, allowing us some flexibility for check in and check out times. In addition to the super well stocked kitchen, we also appreciated the bottle of wine!
