this was a fantastic stay! i had everything i could have imagined i would need and more. amenities were amazing: washer (detergent provided), dryer, great bath soaps provided, FANTASTIC AND SOFT BEDDING!! (seriously the duvet was out of this world, water filter, designated parking… i could go on. andrew even checked in with me on day 2 to make sure i had everything i needed: amazing host. andrew’s place is well worth it!

fantastic stay right across from the lake. I had an emergency that left to me going to the hospital for a week and needed extension. Amin was very kind in extending my stay twice

It was an absolute pleasure to book with Steve & Helene. They were kind and helpful and their home was beautiful. I would highly recommend booking their lovely home to my friends and family knowing they would have a wonderful experience from start to end.

Amir is actually the one whom should be named as host, as 100% of the communication and everything else was with him and it is that that deserves the 5 star review, for even where there where a few issues of concern (such as a smart lock that loudly announces you are being recorded and a stove top that needed repair) he was incredibly proactive, friendly, accommodating, professional, responsive and on top of it.. and this made the stay exceptional for us, and we would stay again - as he made clear that a few things were already being addressed, enhanced and improved upon for future guests and stays. Would recommend, and Amir is a great host.

It's a great location on Lake Street, close to top restaurants such as 6Smith and a short walk to shops and the beautiful Wayzata Bay. The unit is spacious and just as described. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and plan to return.

We loved staying in this third floor apartment in a lovely old house. The apartment is updated and well-maintained. Chris left breakfast food items in the fridge and on the counter. I cooked breakfast for my family each morning in the well-appointed kitchen. The beds were comfortable. The living room was perfect for down-time and some tv watching. The bathroom was clean and tidy with plenty of toiletries (endless hot water). Chris is a wonderful host. I highly recommend this apartment!

Trevor’s place was perfect! We visited with 3 people and our pup and it was perfect location and wonderful space. Super flexible and accommodating hosts as well! Highly recommend.

Great place. Location was great - there were great walkable stores and restaurants that we enjoyed. There was also a grocery store right down the street. It's a short drive to university and professional sports venue. It's 12 mins or so from the airport and Mall of America and 15 from the cool little ski slope in Bloomington. The one thing that might be an issue for some people, but was definitely not an issue for me, with that the beds are definitely on the firm side. For me, that was great. I have back issues and firm is what I love. One of us sleeps on his side and had some issues with it, but Jesse was kind enough to provide a mattress cover that really helped out. I have nothing but great things to say about the host and the place. Really wonderful.

Beautiful lake views, we lived our stay. The kids loved the game room. Very nice, highly recommend.

The house is very well set up with everything you need. The kitchen is well stocked with spices, coffee/tea, and appliances. There are enough bed spaces for our group of 15. Our kids loved the foosball table, games, puzzles, and video games. The hot tub was great. The only downsides were the size of the kitchen and lack of cable TV. We had a group of 15, so there's plenty of activity in the kitchen. The space between fridge, stove, and sink is very small, so there is a lot of bumping into each other. I enjoy watching sports on TV while I'm on vacation and for the price per night of the house, I would certainly have guessed that cable would be included. These weren't major inconveniences, but people should be aware of them. The pros of this house definitely outweigh the cons. We would definitely stay here again.

Katie and Kurt have a beautiful home! The neighborhood is great, with lots of food options nearby and very walkable. The back deck is so relaxing with great tree coverage. Katie and Kurt were extremely accommodating and fast to respond to messages.

This home is perfection! From check in to check out, Lindsay was responsive, helpful, and kind. The house was very homey, had everything I needed for the stay, easy instructions, and was very comfortable to stay in! The location was convenient for all my work trips and the beds were very comfortable! You can tell they take a lot of pride in the home. My favorite part was having the fireplace. Very welcoming on a nice cold Minnesota stay! Would love to stay again!

We just loved this Linden Hills condo. Perfect for us and our labradoodle Hank! Very close to some amazing restaurants and Bars. Highly recommend the Picnic. Great menu and beer selection. Walkable to Lake Harriett and lake of the Isles.

Ameet was a wonderful host! His second-floor apartment is a great place to stay if you like Uptown, and being near the lake. The apartment has beautiful details of an older home, including a claw foot tub. Because it is his residence, the kitchen is well stocked, and the rooms feel cozy and homey. The beds were comfy and had lots of pillows. I also appreciated the fans in the bedrooms, which helped move the air-conditioning from the kitchen, dining room and front room into the bedrooms (which do not have an air vent). There is a parking spot in the back accessed via the alley. Overall, a relaxing and nice place to stay if visiting Minneapolis!

Fantastic location. Grateful for dedicated parking. Perfect place to anchor our house hunting trip. We loved walking out to restaurants and ice cream!

The space is lovely! Impeccably clean, quiet and private. Beautiful tree-lined streets. Steven was friendly and very accommodating when I asked if I could stow my luggage for my later flight. He checked in during my stay to make sure everything was up to par, which it certainly was!
