Ryan was a great host. Always available and ready to help. The apartment is pretty much brand new, clean and spacious. Great location, walking distance to shopping area. We enjoyed staying there and Would recommend to others!

We could not say enough about this place! It was fully equipped with everything you could think of and more. Bee let us check in early and was extremely helpful answering any questions we had a long the way. We will most definitely be back on our next trip home. This air b n b sets the bar for all other air b n b’s from here on out. The price range felt as though it should’ve been more for this top notch experience. 12/10 would recommend! Thank you for being so attentive, understanding with our noisy, anxious dog (our apologies again!) and fast responsive communication! Until next time Greenwood Lake!

My husband and I enjoyed a long weekend at the property for our anniversary and brought our dog along too. The weather was great most of the weekend which allowed us to enjoy some time on the back deck overlooking the lake. The apartment was the perfect size for us and thankfully our dog got the hang of the tight spiral staircase fairly quickly. We were able to take the kayaks out for a bit as well which was nice but with the amount of boats on the lake (it seemed like a very active weekend), the water was pretty choppy so life vests are definitely recommended (some are provided). There were a few people that came through the back yard to get to their boat at the docks and they were in and out very quickly and sometimes we only noticed them because the side exterior light would go off and on. Definitely recommend the A/C and noise machine for the upper bedroom as there was a decent amount of road noise. The hosts were VERY easy to reach and so accommodating and open to feedback.

we took our toddler skiing at Mount peter and stayed at John's Airbnb it's easy to find and easy to check in when you open the front door it immediately opens up to the bedroom. the hard part is every day we walked into the Airbnb, our boots would track in some snow right into our bedroom. we'd spend a little time cleaning up after our tracked in snow. maybe a boot tray? would've made it better? that way the melting snow off our shoes wouldn't get into our socks and trail around the apartment? the home had everything we needed. coffee. tea. spices. it was great the kitchen is located in the back in a sort of built out extra room. expect that room to be very cold (and I'm guessing hot in the summer?) we didn't mind and still enjoyed our breakfasts there the space was everything we needed for Mom dad toddler and two small dogs John is a very proactive host and is a great example of a fantastic host on airbnb! he's awesome! thanks John!
