Monthly Rentals in Tumaco

The place is very well located, too close to the morro beach where you find everything you need. Excellent restaurants at good prices on the beach, desserts, bars and the beautiful Playa del Morro. The area is safe. The entrance is like in a small alley but it is very safe and avoids the noise of the main road. I highlight the lavapies which is very useful and is well located so as not to enter with so much sand. I recommend bringing repellent or some mosquito product because quite a few come in, close the windows and bathroom door if possible so they don't enter the room. Fernanda's attention was always very quick and kind, answered all our concerns and needs; doña Rosalía is very kind and keeps everything clean. They made us feel at home.

The apartment is very conveniently located. It is close to the transport terminal and being in a very central part you have everything at hand, supermarket, drugstores, shops, etc. The apartment is just like in the photos. Supremely clean and comfortable. We would love to come back!!

José was an excellent host! He was very responsive and extremely helpful. We really appreciate that the apartment was as listed. Thank you for making our weeklong stay fantastic!

Excellent place, I would return without a very clean and quiet place to rest, easy access to the places of Tumaco and a very attentive, friendly and kind super host.
