Perfect place for a roadtrip layover and for my puppies. Perfectly situated close enough to downtown and the interstate.

This home was just lovely. Super comfortable and perfect for our group of 3 adults and 4 kids. Trampoline was a huge plus! Directly across the street from a large park and a very very quick drive (could have walked) to restaurants and shops. Hosts were very responsive, flexible and friendly. Highly recommend!!

I've stayed at quite a few AirBnbs. Some have been ultra luxe, some have been bare minimum types where I couldn't wait to check out. Others, like Jennifer's, feel like my own house. This place is just so comfortable. It reminds me of what AirBnb is supposed to be: people opening up their homes for others so that a stay away from home still feels like home. My family and I loved staying here. It was close to everywhere we wanted to get to and my kids loved the pets, which were easy to care for. It was nice to have exercise equipment available and the fenced backyard and trampoline and playground were a big plus for my kids. Jennifer was a flexible host who made sure I had all the info available to me that I needed. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

A truly beautiful and recently renovated Home that exceeded our expectations. The host was extremely responsive and accommodating as we were bringing our special-needs child with us. The home was generously stocked with everything you could need. It was exceptionally clean with luxurious touches throughout, namely, the beautiful gas fireplace. We will for sure be back.

Beautiful property and very comfortable. John was very friendly and helpful. The tour was definitely needed as there are many, many light switches in the house and neat features we wouldn’t have known about otherwise. Great place to stay and would definitely come again!

Cannot say enough about the cleanliness of this home. %100 updated! It was probably my favorite place I’ve ever been! I’ve been all over the world! Peaceful, pristine, nothing missing. Pool is spectacular especially at night. Swimming while watching a movie was a huge surprise! It’s rt off the hway, which was also nice. I cannot say enough good about this place. Quiet, private, layout was so accessible and I imagine a family would love this place. I wanted for nothing, I loved the outdoor shower… I never showered inside! Bonus! Towels were perfect! I did not want to go home…and I went alone! It was a very special experience!

I HIGHLY recommend Diamond’s Cozy Cottage! Very neat and super clean! I felt right at home. My stay at Diamond’s was truly relaxing. After multiple flight delays & missing luggage, my mom and I were able to relax and decompress. The robes and bottle water were truly appreciated. The cottage was close to restaurants and a grocery store. I will definitely stay here again whenever I’m in Richmond.

Such a great experience staying at Katie’s place! Everything was so clean and well thought out. We brought our dogs and they absolutely loved playing in the outdoor little fenced dog park—the perfect place for pets. Super cozy and accommodating. Will definitely stay again when we go back to colonial heights

I was extremely pleased with the cleanliness but mostly impressed with the communication with the host. Best air bnb experience I’ve ever had.

We lived here for a month while house hunting after PCSing to the area. It cost the same as staying in a hotel but with James we had an older, but well-maintained townhouse with a nice living room, two bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, private laundry, and a fully functional eat in kitchen with extra amenities like a Keurig, an air fryer, a toaster, in addition to the normal fridge/freezer/oven/stovetop/microwave! The neighborhood was friendly and quiet, and James was always very responsive. The area lost power one of the days we were there and he got in touch with the power company to make sure they were aware and updated us about when the power was expected to return. A great and honest host!

My family and I had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay at Bill & Brian’s home while we toured VCU with our son. Our hosts were super understanding and accommodating of our last-minute schedule changes. We will definitely consider staying at their home again if our son decides to attend VCU next Fall. Our overall experience was A+++!!!

Kristen was amazing, helpful, and very responsive. Her place was exactly as pictured, and was even better in person! Lots of floor space and quick access to lots of local spots in the Richmond area. Will be back for sure!

Awesome place! very spacious and perfect for our entire family!

We were looking for a farmhouse experience for the Christmas holidays not too far from Richmond. Liv and Mike’s farmhouse was perfect as it paired farmhouse charm with modern amenities. We are planning another Christmas in the Richmond area and will definitely consider this again.

We really enjoyed our stay. Mayra’s home was cozy and comfortable, and she was a great host! The home provided a great base from which to spend the weekend visiting our daughter at VCU. And when my wife realized that she was missing a ring, Mayra went out of her way to find it and get it to our daughter. The only minor drawback were the trains that ran throughout the night.

Great big house that is well suited for large family gatherings. Plenty of dishes and kitchen items for a large group. The seating in dining and kitchen is a bit limited given number of guests but workable. We loved the 4 season porch!!! We had a bit of a challenge with the heat on the coldest night of the year but the host was very responsive when I raised the concern- brought space heaters and a technician within a few hours. There is plenty of space and comfy couches to spread out. Overall, the basics are provided for a comfortable stay! Our family had a great time!

Crystal’s house was everything we expected it to be, neat, clean and a little on the funky side. We were in town for a wedding and had our two children, their spouses and five grandchildren, all under 10. It was really nice to have a yard the kids could play in so they could burn off some energy. We would definitely recommend Crystal‘s house to friends.

We had a wounderful experience staying here. Very close to our family. We had an very enjoyable stay. We would definitely stay here again.

This was exactly what we needed! Xianfeng provided clear and accurate instructions so the home was easy to find, private parking was super convenient, and the home itself was just as described! I truly wish we could have stayed for longer as it felt like being in a home away from home. It was only 3 of us plus our baby but the house was very spacious as it could easily accommodate up to 8 people plus a baby/toddler. Would definitely recommend and book again next time we are in the Richmond area!!!! Thank you Xianfeng & Chen!
