Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. We have (1) Queen bed per bedroom and 4 Queen Air beds. Which allows us to sleep up to 16 guests. There is also a working office space with high speed Internet. The most charming and relaxing spot is outside were you can enjoy a lit up back deck with a gas powered fire pit. Great place to relax at night. There is also an ice cream truck lady right nearby!!

Matt and Erin did a wonderful job with their lovely home. Very clean and serene. We loved the surroundings, being inside a park was pretty cool! It was nice and quiet. We enjoyed sitting outside. The only advice I have is don’t forget to bring your own seasonings if you love to cook. Otherwise, we loved the space and felt right at home!

We were in town for my daughter's wedding. We searched for month's before finding Sharon (& Allie's) place. We loved the large living room and dining room. The table was even large enough for the bride and her bridesmaids to get their hair and make-up done for the big day. We were able to spend some quality time with all of our kids (and significant others) The house was beautifully decorated and not a spec of dust in site. I also appreciated Sharon and Allie answering all of my questions before our stay - in just a few minutes :) We had an amazing time and will be booking this home on our next Richmond adventure :)

This property was wonderful. We came for Christmas together and it was perfect. The kitchen was well appropriated. The bedrooms were nice. There is one bathroom, but it is accessible from the master. The back is really large. If it were summer, you could cookout and kids could play games. It's perfect.

His apartment is a terrific value and in a peaceful and convenient area in Richmond. His yard was perfect for our small dogs. we can't say enough good about our experience!! Just stay here if it's open!

It is very comfortable. Had a nice kitchen and living room area. 3 bedrooms and with comfy beds. One bedroom with a private bathroom and the other two bedrooms shared a bath. We were in close proximity to the event space that we had my daughter’s baby shower. Good parking right in front of the home. It was nice to come back and relax at the house Thank you to our host
