Incredible Views from a Poolside Oasis

Offering a panoramic view of Stobreč Bay, and river mouth of Žrnovnica, Garden View Villa, just 500 m from nearby beach, offers ravishing view, but also offers comfortable and quiet garden space for private moments. This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. I can recommend this house we were a group of 9 people and everyone was happy. Always quick contact with the host, house in a nice quiet area, about 20 minutes to the center on foot. The house was clean, the rooms were very nice, just like in the pictures, the house is big, I think you can feel at home there. The bathrooms are great, only the grout in the showers would need to be replaced, but as it is, there is nothing to complain about. The pool is wonderful, nothing to add, nothing to take away. To sum up, I can wholeheartedly recommend this house to everyone! ❤️

Kristel’s place is beautiful. It’s up in the mountains and so you do need a car but the drive is worth the views. Sunsets are fabulous and we loved the walks in the local area. When we went, the restaurants weren’t open as it was the end of season but we bbq’d, ate at home or went into Split for the evening. Kristel and her husband are lovely and keen to help. There was an issue with the pool and they were very helpful and quick to respond. They allowed us to check in early and met us at the bottom of the hill to show us how to get to their house as it is a bit tricky first time if you don’t know where to go. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a nicer place.

Villa Maria is a perfect escape. Great pool, hot tub and facilities - around 25 minutes to get to Split (though parking in the city is a bit hit and miss). Ideally you need a car to get around but it’s perfectly located for peace and quiet. Ivan and his father were superb hosts - second to none. Very responsive if we had any queries during our stay and provided a brilliant welcome pack when we arrived (which was particularly welcomed as our flight was delayed meaning we arrived too late for the supermarkets). Many items such as paper towel, bin bags, toilet rolls, washing up liquid, bbq charcoal, drinking water etc were already provided at the house meaning that those frustrating initial buys were not needed. This made life much simpler/ cheaper than most Air BnB rentals. We were a bit unlucky with the weather but still had a great stay. I'm sure we will return.

We had a great time at Tanja's place. The house was beautiful and very clean. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals ourselves. We were there in late December, so the area was very quiet, and most restaurants closed, which was fine for us because we wanted a quiet vacation as a family. The heated pool was fantastic and the indoors section great in winter. The water was warm enough for our toddler to play in for some time. Overall, a fantastic experience.

Great villa, very clean, lots of space and all rooms as described and in excellent condition. Lovely outside space too. We enjoyed our stay. Igor was very communicative and went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed. Villa is an easy short walk to the beach and Omis is a 15 minute walk.

Awesome place! Fresh, nice and clean! A little cold in the pool but if you go at this time of year, you should not count on anything else, perfect to have the hot tub to go to after you cool down! Grgo, who we met the most was very helpful, drove us 2 times to major, which was way beyond expectations! Clear instructions if there was anything else that we needed to know about! Super nice and also a good welcome cake! We will definitely be thinking about coming back!

Absolutely idillic and Sanja was an excellent host but.... the church, which is a few yards away, chimes on the hour all night and then, at 6 o'clock, 75 bells summoning the locals to work. Also, mosquitos are an issue. Bring repellent with you. Pool is great, sun bathing is good and barbie is great. Supermarket is just a few minutes walk away and the beach, with beach bar, a 10 minute stroll.
