Christian's place is absolutely perfect! The location is 4 minutes walk to the Ubahn and S bahn stations and 7 mins to Long distance train stations. The apartment has every amenity you would require for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is extremely well equipped and the place is spotlessly clean. Christian is very responsive to any queries and has set up the house perfectly. I would love to come back the next time in in Stuttgart.

Super equipped apartment. We have never seen such a fully equipped kitchen in an apartment. Really great. For our children there were toys for all ages , numerous books, even for the adults and teenagers. Clean. Brilliant view, beautiful, great playground around the corner, beautiful garden +terrace. I'd love to come back.

We were there with our children (3 and 6 years). Everything was great, very warm and helpful hosts, nice and clean apartment with nice views. I could imagine that it might get quite warm in the attic apartment in the summer. We will be happy to come back.

Relaxation and coziness on the Swabian Alb!

Very friendly courteous hospitality. Great nature and proximity to shopping and to Balingen, each about 5 km. In an hour on Lake Constance, island Mainau. In 20 minutes to Rottweil. Hohenzollern Castle in Hechingen can also be reached in 20 minutes by car. Gate to the Black Forest. All around the Swabian Alb with ten thousand mountains, with great hiking trails, Albtrauf, and many restaurants with fantastic Swabian cuisine - the best Maultäschle of my life. Highly recommended, we will definitely be back.

The Airbnb is a great to stay, with all the amenities as described in the listing. I didn't not face any issues during my 1 month long stay. Gianfranco is quick to respond to your queries and needs. Overall a very nice home and I would definitely recommend this place.

We had a really nice time in Reutlingen thanks to Daniel! Unfortunately, our original AirBnB had canceled us at very short notice, but fortunately we were able to spontaneously stay with Daniel. The booking and communication worked out great! When it turned out that a hinge on the sofa bed was defective, Daniel had replaced it at short notice and even left a small gift for us! The apartment itself was also excellent and we felt really comfortable. Happily again!

Christine and Otto were very sweet and we felt right at home. Christine met my daughter and I outside the apartment and showed us everything directly. She showed recommendations for the region and let us know that she should always be easily accessible. The apartment was well equipped from technology to cleaning items such as vacuum cleaners and washer-dryer - both very important if you arrive with a child;) The living room has magnificent morning light and I was looking forward to the morning coffee every day. The location was quite far away from our day trip destinations but this was rather our "difficulty"; there are also a lot of great opportunities right in the area. We still have many open wishes in the region and will definitely stay with Christine and Otta again to make the bucket list a little shorter (: I highly recommend this stay! -Paul family

I booked Rini's apartment for a colleague on business. Check-in went smoothly. It would only have been nice if the apartment had been a little preheated, as it is a bit cool in the basement around this time of year. Otherwise, everything was perfect. Everything was nice and clean and tidy and also the communication with Rini was impeccable. I would be happy to book again when we are around.
