Our vacation home has a living area of 70 square meters. It is located on the outskirts of the climatic health resort of Westerheim at an altitude of 823 m. In the neighborhood are commercial enterprises, which, however, cause little noise. The house is completely fenced in at 150 cm high. Hiking trails lead directly from the house and in winter, when there is snow, a cross-country ski trail is also marked. For children there is a swing with a climbing pole. By car to the S-Bahn station Böblingen/Goldberg, it is about 15 minutes. From there, Stuttgart, the MHP Arena, ... can be reached by S1 without changing trains.

On the 3rd floor, approx. 62 square meters but unfortunately not barrier-free. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and TV; living room with TV and sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom with large shower, toilet extra! 100 m to the Blühende Barock, 5 min to the city center, right next to the hospital. My place is located on the outskirts of Herrenberg, a very nice historic half-timbered town. The town center is a 15-minute walk away, and a bus stop is practically at your doorstep. Herrenberg has very good connections to Stuttgart and Tübingen. A nature park with a variety of leisure activities begins right near the property. My place is very suitable for couples or families with kids, but solo travelers are also welcome.

In the middle of Stuttgart and yet in countryside

With this comfortable apartment , all the important points of interest are close by-making planning your stay very easy. The subway runs right in the front of the house, directly to the airport and the centra train station. Can't be more central. The heart of Stuttgart is 10 mm on foot and 5 mm by subway . The spacious Apartment overlooks a terrace with a direct view to the large Garden. I speak fluent English and French.
