Monthly Rentals in Tsukiji

We stayed at Machi-san for a month and it was amazing. The apartment is very well located, about 15 minutes walk from Akihabara and 5 min walk from the Marunochi Line and the Oedo line. The neighborhood is nice and there are good restaurants around the accommodation as well as all amenities. Everything was present in the apartment which was very clean even dressings and cotton swabs. Machi-san really thought of everything. The owner is incredibly kind and always responds to messages. We even got little gifts from him. We really loved staying in this apartment, the beds are so comfortable. They're even better than my home. Everything was perfect and we feel very lucky to have been able to stay here. If we are lucky enough to come back to Japan, I hope to return to Machi-san again 😊❤

I really love the hotel except the fact that there were some night construction disturbance but the hotel is not responsible for city projects. The location is great, close to the subway stations and the monorail which takes you from and to Haneda airport within 15 minutes. A cute cafeteria and a small bakery (their croissants are to die for!!) within few meters from the hotel. My room was comfortable, clean and had everything I needed for my 10 days stay. The only issue I found is they charge a fee for a towel/bed sheets change. If I visit Tokyo next time, I would definitely stay at Section L again.

We extended our stay with Yoko so that we could stay longer in Tokyo. She was very helpful in extending our stay. We recommend the room to anyone who is looking for a quiet neighborhood with lots to do in the area.

Ayaka's home is clean, functional (with storage), free of clutter, and in a great location. Plus, has cute colorful wood accents. The University of Tokyo campus is right across the street and there are many accessible and tasty restaurants nearby. Several train stations are walkable, as well as convenience and drug stores. Ayaka as a host was very friendly, communicative, and accommodating - she was prepared to let us stay even though we booked last minute. The unit we stayed in did not have a laundry machine but Ayaka kindly offered to let us use theirs in her home. There was also an alternative of using a self-serving laundromat down the street- a little pricier but easy to use. Overall, Ayaka was super welcoming and we had the privilege of getting to know a little of her and her community during our stay. Our experience there exceeded our expectations.
