Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Truckee River

Great home, spacious, had everything we needed. Hot tub was the cherry on top.

The place is wonderful, it feels like home, great to walk around and I love all the comfort of the property!

We stayed over a weekend with family friends with dogs, what can I say, the place was extremely clean, and the kitchen had full equipments and condiments, we were able to make breakfast everyday and let the dogs enjoy the outside backyard. The hot tub was ready to jump in on the first day we arrived, with the beautiful background scenery, it was very relaxing❣️We will definitely come back in the future for another family/friend get together! The host was also very responsive and friendly, very easy to talk to. Thank you for letting us stay!!

The house was amazing , so spacious, plenty of room for our family to enjoy. The open floor plan was awesome and the downstairs was fabulous , so many bedrooms and bathrooms, it was great for our family. The house had everything we needed. The view from back deck was so pretty , you could see the lake , beautiful sunrises and just the beauty of the forest around. We had an amazing time celebrating my husbands birthday with the family in such a tranquil setting. It is a short drive to Tahoe City and the beach, which we visited every day. The house stayed pretty cool with the ceiling fans and open windows, although some windows did not have screens and some windows were unable to open. We had a fabulous 9 day stay and look forward to staying again next summer. Shannon is a great host, responded promptly with any question I had . Thank you Shannon for sharing your beautiful home

This house provided a perfect spot to enjoy the wonders of a Tahoe winter. It was more than enough room for the 6 of us to relax, play board games, enjoy a hot tub, and make a full dinner. Some of us skied, others took the dog for a walk at a wonderful groomed snow hike just across the highway. Wish I could have stayed longer to really dig into the excellent library of books and games!

Bonnie's place was easily the best Airbnb I've ever stayed at - the hacienda was really cozy for our group of 10 and each room was decorated with such thoughtful pieces. We enjoyed the trail on the property itself as well as the proximity to Coloma and Placerville. And of course, Bonnie was an excellent host! She greeted us in person and was always a message away. I highly recommend this airbnb for anyone with a large group

Had a great stay with friends at this luxury villa in the Sierra Mountains. Place was extremely clean and up to date. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Would definitely book again as it exceeded expectations!

It was a little difficult for us to find a place in the area, but luckily we found Danielle's! The home exceeded our expectations. The home and area were clean and well-maintained. Danielle was always responsive and helpful.

The home was amazing. it was beautiful on the inside. The whole family loved it they felt like home. it was cozy and the location and view was amazing. 15 minute drive from South Lake Tahoe, can't beat that. I will definitely be staying here again.

The property was spacious and perfectly located. It comfortably accommodated our group of seven, with plenty of room to spare—we could have easily fit 10 people. The beds were especially comfortable, making for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Nice resort to stay, different vibe than south lake Tahoe, definitely recommend it to everyone.

We went up with a family of 8, 6 adults and 2 children. The home was incredibly clean, location was easy to find, check in and out was very simple and easy. The neighborhood is incredibly clean, quiet, and relaxing. Brooke was incredibly nice and responsive to anything we needed. We will definitely be coming back.

The most gorgeous tiny home cabin where the space is used so effectively! Small kitchen with everything you need. Big bathroom, cozy shower. Comfy linen. Great layout of the living room with cute decorations. It’s everything we wanted for a cozy cabin weekend. Walkable to the lake. Great amenity for the summer. Hot tub was fine sharing with Big Dipper :)

We are a group of 7 people and found the place really cozy and spacious. The communication back and forth are beyond seamless. Stephany is the most responsive and patient airbnb owner I have ever talked to. We would highly recommend this place!

Wonderful location and the best view! Cabin was very cozy and the decks + hot tub views were amazing. Kitchen was well stocked and we were able to cook meals. Host was very proactive about home updates and responded quickly to questions!

This home was in the perfect location, 10 minutes to Heavenly and the Stateline. The neighborhood was picturesque and very private. And the cabin was exactly like the pictures. Dan and Ada were perfect hosts!

We took our grands who live in AZ up to the “Tahoe Cabin”. They had a blast playing and sledding nearby for the couple days we stayed. There was absolutely nothing we needed to bring (except for our food). The house as everything else you need! It is Exactly as pictured with comfy furniture and beds, plenty of extra blankets if you needed. The kitchen has dishes and silverware for 10+ people and cookware to make virtually any dish! You will definitely enjoy this house!

This is a wonderful cabin in the woods. Super convenient and private. The neighborhood is calm and peaceful. There are tons of activities that are a few minutes away, at most 30 minutes by car. The host is very responsive and nice. We loved our stay!

Beautiful and serene environment in a delightfully cozy and comfortable cabin. Everything was exactly as described and made for the perfect getaway. We really enjoyed the hot tub, wood burning stove, and beautiful view of nature right outside the windows. Would stay again!
