Vacation rentals with breakfast in Truckee River

It would be hard to overstate how nice this place is. I would not hesitate to stay here anytime

We absolutely loved this house and the location. The furnishings were great and the house was so roomy. A short walk to the creek in the meadow were our kids spent countless hours playing. Its is a quite neighborhood, but conveniently located to restaurants and grocery stores. So many things around the area to do. We loved it!

Tammy’s home is a charming and comfortable home away from home! It’s a well appointed stay nestled in a quiet cul de sac and close to plentiful shopping and restaurants. Centrally located, it’s perfect for a day trip to Tahoe, Napa or the Bay Area. Just the right place to stay for a busy vacation! Tammy is very attentive and goes the extra mile to make sure you have a wonderful stay!

The home was beautiful, and spacious. It was actually bigger than expected. The hosts were great! They got back to me quickly when contacting them. The hosts were flexible with the reservation. I needed to change some things last minute and they were able to work with me. The area was quiet, with a variety of stores and places to eat. The house rules and instructions were simple and to the point, making it easy at check out. The property was worth the amount listed, especially if traveling with a larger group.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at this location. Madison was outstanding on both occasions. I found her friendly efficient and that she runs a tight ship. The house was clean, well appointed and everything worked exactly as expected. It’s a perfect location if you have business or pleasureat the northern part of the Reno Sparks area. Easy to get to from the airport or if you’re driving in from either east or west on I 80. I will stay here again my next trip. Perfect set up.

We had an amazing time at this cozy & comfortable air bnb. Loved all the beds in the large upstairs. Foresthill was a darling small mountain town!

The house was exactly how it’s described and really clean. I have 2 young boys and the basement with the different activities was amazing. The house is located near a fairly busy street and the street noise can be a bit loud late at night/early in the morning. However, there were ear plugs available which worked out great! Thanks for the great stay!

A great host and as noted, Thom was amazing in letting us know important details in regard to our stay and was responsive! Helen was an amazing landlord, very sweet and absolutely friendly to us in keeping our stay special. A wonderful option for our first Airbnb experience and will possibly be our frequent choice for future trips! The property was very close to everything such as restaurants, shopping centers and the casinos. Our personal favorite was the unique Murphy bed and the heated floors. However, the unit was very homey and comfortable.

this place is in a great location. right across from the heavenly gondola. very central to a lot of things tahoe had to offer!

Everything was in good shape! We could tell the home was well loved. It was very convenient for the downhill slopes at Tahoe-donner, and had plenty of games / entertainment options inside, as well as enough space, to handle time indoors. Would recommend, especially for any families with kids.

This is my second time staying at Steven’s place. Steven is very responsible and also very helpful. As an avid skier, nothing better than staying at clean, comfortable and ski in/out place. Steven’s place is perfect. Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable bed and clean house, walk to stagecoach lift! We will definitely come back again!

We had a great stay! We've rented many condos in Kirkwood, but this was the most convenient. It's right by the lifts, you get a reserved garage spot, a ski locker big enough for a family, and even a fitness center. With the Murphy bed and fold-out couch, the studio was very efficient, as there was a lot of room once we put the beds away in the morning. We especially loved watching the snow fall and the snow cats work through the window. We'd rent it again anytime!

We had a wonderful stay and will most likely be back next time we are in Virginia City!

This is a beautiful property that is peaceful and quiet. Even though our stay was short we had a great experience. Julie and Ken are lovely hosts!!

Kelli and Seth were such great hosts. I felt right at home and there was a lot of room for us to hang out. The breakfast was amazing and made with all fresh ingredients. They have a beautiful home with an amazing outdoor area. I only wish that I could have stayed longer. Their dogs are the cutest and very friendly. I recommend a stay here with Kelli and Seth you would be missing out if you didn’t.

It’s hard to describe how magical Jean and Dave’s place is. The moment you arrive, they great you with a warm pickup and private shuttle to their masterfully crafted log home. From there, you’re escorted to your guest room with a personalized welcome and tour of the home. The surroundings are spectacular and highly recommend if you’re into cross country skiing, snowshoeing or stargazing. As hosts, they are so friendly with helpful recommendations, going out of their way to ensure you’re having a great time. It felt like visiting family- we will be back!

We, and our two oldest grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed our time at Rich's place. It was very secluded, serene and beautiful. Rich is very welcoming, friendly and accommodating. Our granddaughters were thrilled with seeing the cows, the trails, flowers and especially Bibi, Rich's very friendly and loving dog. They asked us a couple times when we were out and about if we could go back and hang out at the property. The coffee and breakfast Rich prepared were delicious and filled us up and helped get us ready for a day of exploring. the area. Rich is very knowledgeable about the area and has so many interesting stories as well as pointing you in the direction of a great place to go see or a great place to eat. The living space, couches and beds were all very comfortable. Plenty of games to play and magazines and books to read. We all look forward to the next time we are able to stay at Three Sisters Ranch and hear more about the area, hike the trails and enjoy Rich's company.

This historic home was absolutely breathtaking. We felt like we took a step back in time, extremely fitting for the beautiful historic town of Virginia city. I definitely plan on coming back!

Diane's place was a welcome room in a great walkable location to town. Coffee in the morning and dog-friendly, with a warm home and great recommendation for food.

Julia is a very good host. The stay was very pleasant and convenient.

Marisa & I had a lovely little getaway staying here overnight.. it was charming and cozy! We can’t wait to come back and stay again!
