Monthly Rentals in Troy

Due to the uncertainty of my schedule, it was very last minute when I booked the place. The host was at work, yet still extremely communicative. She was very accommodating for my needs and time of arrival, and the place was wonderful. Very friendly people, veryeasy to find and check in, and a super cute neighborhood with a nature preserve nearby, which I highly recommend. I would most certainly stay here again!

Kaysee's home in Troy is a perfect home away from home. The house is extremely comfortable and clean with nice amenities. It's close to stores and on-ramps to the highway. It's also within a couple minutes drive of downtown Troy, but far enough away that you don't hear the trains.

The Troy House is in the lovely little city of Troy, OH. There are so many places to dine and things to do. There are trains that cut through the town but they were of no consequence to our stay and enjoyment of this pristine home plus Colista and Grant have provided you with earplugs, sound machines, etc, if needed. My family has stayed at many rentals in the past and this is the first time that it would be impossible to list all of the amenities that this home offers. The house itself has been lovingly renovated. Many of our previous rentals were, quite frankly, “furnished” with the bare essentials. The Troy House has carefully and meticulously taken into consideration anyone’s wishes. Literally, it offers guests everything they could possibly want &/or need. We have NEVER been in a rental that is spotless, The Troy House is immaculate. As hosts, Colista & Grant, were especially kind and accommodating. This Airbnb is not just a house, it is a home and we hated to have to leave.
