Apartment vacation rentals in Tropea

We stayed at Armando's place for a night while visiting Tropea. Armando was very friendly and helpful from the moment we booked the airbnb to our day of check out. Check in was very flexible, as we were driving and were unsure of arrival time. The airbnb is walking distance from the beach, restaurant and shops. Such a beautiful area. Highly recommend and would stay again!

Great home with a lovely view

Comfortable apartment, fabulous views from the roof terrace and smaller terrace off the bedroom where I sat and had my morning coffee. Easy walk into town and the beach is fab. Vincenzo was very helpful and friendly, it was great that he could collect/return me to the service, which made it so much easier for me as a solo traveller. It is a beautiful part of the Italy and thank you Vicenzo for bring so helpful. I will be back 😎

Amazing place really, the view on Stromboli is stunning

I don’t even know where to start… thank you so much Tiziana for hosting my grandma and I during our stay in Tropea. You were so helpful from beginning to end and have a beautiful apartment in such an amazing spot! Could not have picked a better place to spend time in Tropea - we will definitely be back! For anyone looking for a stay in the heart of Tropea this is the place; the apartment was very spacious and would definitely be comfortable for an even longer stay as it is extremely well appointed. Tiziana and her family also make themselves very accessible for any questions about the apartment, the location, and even just for a friendly conversation in their gelateria. Thanks again for a great stay!

Altea’s apartment is perfectly located close to both the main strip in the historic centre and the beachfront. The apartment itself is very quaint and the design mirrors the beachside lifestyle. The walls absorb heat particularly well and the apartment is fixed with a strong air conditioner, so it would make for a great summer stay. Altea is a very friendly and responsive host who was very accommodating with check in. There is minimal reception in the apartment and the wifi can be a little patchy so do keep this in mind, but you should feel confident that you will have a proper Tropean experience at Altea’s lovely apartment!

The apartment in Pizzo is exactly the apartment that is pictured in the ad, you get the right impression from the description. Especially the balcony is big enough for two and really great for breakfast at home. The apartment was perfectly cleaned, that applied to all corners, cabinets and also the dishes. Overall, the apartment was really well equipped, the bed was comfortable. We were warmly welcomed and were allowed to stay longer until departure on the day of departure. The apartment is super central, it is two minutes to the main square, nevertheless (apart from the almost daily church service :-) extremely quiet due to the length on the slope. We especially liked the garage. It would be unfair to give less than five points here. Thanks for letting us have the nice apartment!

We were happy with the apartment. It was cozy, comfortable, clean and quite modern. In particular, we enjoyed sitting on the peaceful, sunny terrace amidst blooming plants and run-away lizards. Stepping through the backdoor of the terrace, it took just a very short walk to Pizzo beach, which was like a lonely planet in mid- October. Liudmyla was very hospitable and provided useful information before check-in. Apart from a short power failure on a rainy day we had a perfect stay at Marinella. Strongly recommended!

Very positive experience. The apartment is very comfortable, you forget about the car! Quiet place, frequented mostly by families, surrounded by greenery. With a comfortable walk through a pine forest you reach the beach where there is a crystal clear sea. Included in the cost of the apartment you are entitled to an umbrella and two deck chairs both by the sea and in the pool. There are two very clean pools, one with a water slide, the children had a lot of fun and can move quietly on their own inside the property. We had an inconvenience with the pillows that were really low and too soft and others were promptly provided very comfortable. Everything is perfect, the house is equipped with everything you may need and even more! There is also a dishwasher that gives a big hand on vacation! Highly recommended

Carmela was helpful and very attentive, a property with a lovely garden. Our studio apartment had a terrace from which you could see the sea. The location of her apartment is truly strategic, allowing you to move around easily and reach both the beautiful city of Tropea and the various beaches around.

Central location, easy to walk everywhere. It was quiet for us, but restaurants were mostly closed for the season at the time of our visit. Has what you need in the kitchen, nice and new. The apartment has nice light and is very comfortable. They helped us with parking location and sent directions.

The home is well located, all very neatly tidy , both the room where the bathroom was perfect. The accommodation is very close to the historic center and could be reached on foot. It is also simple to reach the beach. It's a great place to stay. Air conditioning running perfectly and all the amenities were perfect. The only thing we missed was a wi fi network, as since we are not from Italy, Wi-Fi could greatly help our stay and look for tour options. Taking out this inconvenience everything was perfect

Easy walk into town, and their cafe Is conveniently located just downstairs, serving excellent coffee and croissants!

The apartment and view was beautiful. The air conditioning was great to have with the heat we experienced. The apartment had a full kitchen, full bathroom, and 2 bedrooms. also a Beautiful balcony! I would recommend this apartment for a family (2 parents and 2 kids) rather than 4 adults solely due to the bunk beds (which we knew about via the pictures in the listing). I would definitely come back again. The host was responsive when we couldn’t locate the staircase. They also sent us recommendations for beaches and restaurants which we really appreciated!

Splendid location with fantastic panoramic views all day from sunrise to sunset. Super quietly located within a olive orchard and a lovely garden. Tropea and beaches easily accessible by car.

Beautiful apartment situated in the old center of Pizzo, one of the balconies even offers a seaside view. Host was wonderful, would definitely recommend!

The apartment corresponds exactly to Alessandro's descriptions, it is in a quiet area just outside the city. There is no sidewalk for about 500 meters for those who want to walk but a 2-minute drive away there is a large free parking lot at the supermarket so you can leave your car and continue on foot to the historic center. Alessandro is always courteous and helpful. I hope to go back.

We just had one of the best family holidays in beautiful Parghelia. Louise was very helpful and a great host. The accommodation was perfect and as described. It was clean modern and spacious.. The outside shower was great for after the beach. The location was perfect. We had a very comfortable stay and really hope we can come to Louise's place again soon!

We had a great stay at Sahs’ place in Pizzo. The appartment is in the upper part of the town. The highlight is its big terrace with amazing views of the sea, including the sunset every evening. It was big enough for a family with two kids. All the furniture seemed pretty new and good quality. Communication was always easy and we had no problem when we asked for an early check in and late check out. They even organised the taxi to pick us up at the Pizzo station. We didn’t have a car but didn’t have any issues in walking to the Center and shops (10-15 mins) or to the beach (20 mins), be prepared for the slopes, but it was a good exercise to walk back every day. The apartment also has access to a shared pool, which kids enjoyed a lot. Finally we had a bottle of wine waiting for us as a welcome gift. We recommend this appartment.

Great area, a few kilometers north of Pizzo Calabro, 500 meters from a large beach that can be reached on foot through a fragrant pine forest. Spacious and fully furnished apartment. The residence where it is located has two swimming pools, one with a water slide, tennis courts and soccer fields. Excellent hospitality from the owners, kind and helpful. Recommended to everyone.

Gianluca was a very responsive and hospitable host. If we return to Tropea, we will definitely stay at one of Gianluca’s beautiful places! He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome! His apartment was exactly as described and impeccably clean. Grazie, Gianluca!

the accommodation has met my requirements: on foot to the beach (4 minutes on the floor on foot), sandy and uncrowded public beach (very long and wide, last two of July with "deserted" areas, although there are 2/3 shores), beautiful sea (warm and clean water such as a tropea or zambrone) convenient parking (next to the apartment), comfortable beds and outdoor space to leave the things of the sea. great communication with the owner. quality/price ratio (given the prices of the prairie) reasonable. can be improved? as in many cases, a little attention to furniture and equipment (dishes..) would make the environment more cared for and functional. The only downside, if necessary, is that the second room is accessed through the first one.
