Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Tromøy

We were three colleagues staying here during Arendalsuka. Cozy house and host We had everything we needed and were very happy with our stay. Would love to have bus departures for Arendal city center a little more often, but it worked perfectly fine. Hisøy is a peaceful place with many nice hiking opportunities.

Very cozy and lovely house within walking distance to Risør city center, Urheia, beach and sea. We were two adults, a child of 6 years and a dog, and it was perfect for us. Really recommend and we would love to come again.

We had a great stay at Gro's place. Very idyllic and charming house, with great amenities. Short way to the city centre and good communication along the way. High quality in all aspects. Renting in the center of Arendal during Arendalsuka is a crazy expensive affair, but it's the provider's market, so it is. Really enjoyed. Thank you so much for us!

We had a great stay at Trude's house which is very kid friendly and functional! Plenty of space in the living room and bedrooms, beautiful terrace ! Trude was also very friendly and always available ! Thank you very much !

Perfect! Great, warm hosts who greeted us personally. Large, fantastically beautiful, well-kept wooden house with huge panoramic windows and great panoramic views from the living room and dining area/kitchen. A feel-good place. We will be happy to come back.

I really enjoyed my stay in Anitas house. The flat is very nice with enough space and you have quite a beautiful view on the water from the bedroom, which I really enjoyed. It is also perfectly located in the centre of the city, so that you can easily reach everything. Very much recommended!

We stayed for two months in beautiful surroundings. There is a beach where you can refresh right near the accommodation, and the surrounding neighborhood is quiet, so it was good to rest comfortably. It was a pity that the weather was cold and rainy, so I didn't enjoy the outside environment freely, and that's why I want to go again during the season when the weather is good. However, I think the ceiling of the house is a little low.

Peaceful, idyllic views and the perfect host. The small annex is best suited for 1-2 people and gives the pleasant feeling of a small home away from home. The place has everything you need for several days stay, and I have enjoyed several visits☺️ Tom is the perfect host, nice, helpful and respond quickly. I'll be back☺️

Nice place and nice people.

We had a great time at Sven's place! The accommodation absolutely stood up to expectations, with a lovely view of the sea, but some noise from the road, but which was not a big nuisance. We had an extra fun time with the hot tub that was on the terrace, which was a big bonus! Short distance to both beach and Arendal city center. It should be clearer in the listing that two of the bedrooms have a walk-through from the bathroom, but otherwise we had a very good communication with the hosts. They were nice and welcoming and met us at check-in for review of the home. Happy to rent again from Sven for a new and wonderful stay. Thanks for us!

Very spacious space, contemporary interior facilities. Beautiful view of the Nidelva, the body of water at Hisøy. Easy accessibility of various beautiful excursion locations. A car is an advantage.

Great house with all amenities we needed, clean and cozy. Stayed great on and within walking distance of most of it. The host responded quickly to inquiries. We were four adults with three kids. We were very happy and would like to rent there another time.

Adventurous garden, with a “Vila Villakulla” similar house.

We left with the extended family (7 adults and 4 children between 3-7 years) and had 5 great days in the house! Perfect place for families with small children, with the house packed with toys, games and activities. The kids (and adults) had it like the plum in the egg. The host was quick to respond to small questions we had and we felt about home from the first second. Short way down to the beach. Would highly recommend the place to others!
