A fantastic place, we had a maximum of the week we were there. In addition, Jostein provided "a little extra" which we really appreciated. This place is highly recommended.

We had a wonderful week in Tove's little house. In fantastic weather we enjoyed the morning swimming and the outdoor area. The photos correspond to reality. The city center is a 30-minute walk. Tove is a friendly and attentive host. We can only recommend the accommodation.

Perfect! Great, warm hosts who greeted us personally. Large, fantastically beautiful, well-kept wooden house with huge panoramic windows and great panoramic views from the living room and dining area/kitchen. A feel-good place. We will be happy to come back.

The house was very nice. Large, nice bedrooms and great living room and kitchen. We felt very at home in the house and everything was very comfortable and proper. Easy to take a bus from the house to the center of Arendal. A house to recommend!

Great cottage with large and sunny garden and that was a great fit for our family. Would recommend.

Great Place to stay. We stayed during February and really enjoyed the nature and the calm area with a warm chimney. You have the Forrest right in front of the house which was great for the dog. The garden has a complete fence allowing to let the dog out. You definitely need a car to go there but supermarkets are close by. The hosts are super fast in responding and helped when there was any question.

Very nice place! We had some nice days in apartment Skarvann. Nice, clean and large apartment, nice host, child friendly area and nice pool! We gladly came back!

I am completely thrilled and still a little wistful to have to leave the accommodation again. Wenche is an incredibly friendly host. I felt very welcome in a moment. The place is a dream and I hope to visit it more often in the future. There really is nothing to complain about, an all-round perfect experience! ☺️

We had the most wonderful stay and immediately fell in love with the apartment and the area. It is even more beautiful than on the pictures and we can highly recommend it, especially if you have kids. Stina and her family are very welcoming. thanks a lot!

5 minutes walk from Arendal city center. Both from the inside and from the terrace beautiful views of the water and harbor. Apartment was very clean and everything you need to cook. No dining room table provided. Several places where you can sit outside. We had a wonderful stay!

Absolutely fantastic place! We just love it! It's the second summer in a row we've had at this lovely place in Charlotte's cabin. And we would love to come again. There aren't really words for how peaceful and lovely it is. Bonfires, swimming, fishing, relaxing, family time. The simple life and the best of the best!

Exceptional stay. The accommodation is very pleasant to live in but what is most impressive is the view once in the grounds.... very peaceful. a real rest. the hosts are very welcoming too.

Skrinnmyr is the nicest place we have ever stayed, we had a wonderful time in such peaceful and beautiful surroundings. John and Ingvild were amazing hosts and made us feel very welcome.

We had beautiful days at the place. Unfortunately, there was construction work on the road behind the house at that time. However, this was communicated to us in advance by Alexandra. The place is simple. Despite a street nearby, it is very quiet. We will probably go back next year.

Cecilie's place was so lovely. She warned us it was difficult to find, and it was, even with her proactive instructions. It was so worth it once we got there. It is incredibly private and peaceful. I would warn anyone who may be disabled, injured, or not up to a hike, that there is a bit of a walk up to the house and the rock is quite slick in the rain. It was so worth it for the views though. Cecilie was communicative the whole time and left clear instructions. I would definitely stay again!

This family house is a truly magical place in a very beautiful area of Norway: the islands around Lillesand. The white and wooden chalet is decorated very tasteful and everything has quality, from the kitchen utensils to the beds and towels! It has a wonderful view of the fjord from the fantastic wooden terrace and also from inside, you can see the boats passing by. And… this house has his own boat! After a very well good instruction-video of owner Pete, we went on sailing through these very picturesque islands and wooden houses. Very special. We also swam and went on a sub-board. The welcome is very warm with attentions, and a very good instruction map of the house and of the area. An example for every Airbnb! The owners are very kind and attentive in their communication. Great help and support. We really felt at home.

We had a wonderful time at Erik's cabin. You should have enough time to enjoy the view, the sea, the ships, the weather. The perfect place to unplug from the world!
