We absolutely loved this house - gorgeous art, rugs, collectables and books to start. Then the surroundings. This was a perfect stay for us, 3 women needing a getaway and this house absolutely delivered.

If, like I did, you want a feeling for the Cairns of the 1920s, or despise fully air-conditioned condominia, then this is the place for you! There's also a cafe nearby for the iced coffee you may need at 9AM during The Wet! You can also walk to the nearby public pool. The bus stop is a short walk away, if you want to go downtown - the buses are easy to use and cheap, and take <10 minutes to get into the CBD. The Esplanade walk through landscaped gardens into town is do-able even in summer and has a great view. A couple of small supermarkets are nearby but you can always get a delivery from the major stores. There's also a great fishmonger nearby, if you plan to cook, but not catch, your own reef fish. Just be aware that you're not far from Cairns airport and it feels like you're under the flight path - flights wont disturb your sleep, though.

All that you could want in a holiday house. Loved the pool, peaceful location and quick walk to the shops. The hosts were very responsive and provided a lovely list of recommendations for food and activities.

One of the best places I've stayed! Kristina was helpful with any questions I had and the house was exceptionally clean, which I really appreciated. It's in a very safe and family-friendly area so I had no worries about being there by myself. Also, the pool was so nice and I spent hours in it every day. The driveway was incredibly steep, but there was plenty of parking available along the street and steps up to the house. The bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable as was the rest of the furniture in the house. There's also plenty of seating in the backyard under a huge covered patio. If you have children, there were lots of games and entertainment available for them - my grandson would have loved it there! Kristina had plenty of crockery and cookware available, along with a lot of nice kitchen appliances, including a nice washer and dryer. I was very impressed with this house and highly recommend it.

This area is very quiet and tranquil and was in a gorgeous area right on the water. Forewarning though, although its 'beach front', you are not recommended to swim out front and instead should walk to a designated netted beach. It's also a little ways from a decent grocery store, so stock up before you come if you don't have a car. The interior living space was large enough for our 7 people to comfortably hang in, and the pool was perfect temperature. The house quickly covers the sun though for the afternoon, so make sure to get in your pool time in the morning! We also had some issues with an aircon unit but Sylvie was quick to respond and was kind enough to offer a partial reimbursement. All in all, a fabulous and fruitful stay!

Fantastic place to stay. Close to everything. Wonderful that they allowed pets. Heaps of room and aircons worked well. The BBQ was a wonderful addition. Would stay again.

We loved our one week stay in Palm Cove. Accommodation was perfect for our young family - we would definitely stay again. Pool was such a hit in a beautiful garden of tall trees creating lots of shade. Accommodation was next to a great coffee shop and an amazing restaurant called Nu Nu. Lots of other fabulous restaurants in walking distance. Highly recommend staying here and visiting Palm Cove :)

Denis always responded promptly to any texts or phone calls and was extremely helpful in working through to a solution. I would definitely recommend Denis & Anne’s apartment at Amphora Mantra Air BnB.

Steven’s place is a beautiful, tasteful light apartment. I appreciate how clean the apartment is and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable, nice linens, and towels. The apartment is near the pool which is very convenient and has its own carpark. Steven was easy to contact and extremely responsive.

My stay was exceptional! Air quality and cleanliness made my stay very comfortable. Parking was easy around the area. There are $7/day lots and you can park on the street overnight after 6 pm until 8:30 am for free. Sundays are also free, as well as the meridian spaces, but the meridian spots have a 3 hour limit between 8:30 am - 6 pm, which was easy! Most days I went out for an afternoon excursion so parked in meridian spots the entire week and parked for free. Basically just had to move the car between 11 am and 3 pm. The last day I parked underground at the casino for $2 / hour just to have my luggage shaded while I waited for take off time. A lovely experience to be near the harbor and free public pool! Everything you need in a 4 block radius :) the sauna and pool open until 9 pm in the building was the perfect way to end the day. Restaurants also not noisy with patio door closed. Highly recommend!!!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this ground floor Airbnb apartment in Palm Cove! The location was perfect for our family of four, with easy access to the pool right from our patio. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kids loved being able to jump into the pool whenever they wanted, and we enjoyed relaxing on the patio with a view of the beautiful surroundings. The hosts were friendly and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed. Staying here in September was ideal – the weather was perfect, and we had a great time exploring the nearby beaches and restaurants. We highly recommend this place for families looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday in Palm Cove

Very spacious apartment on well-kept gated resort complex with pools. Few minutes drive to city centre and harbour. Slightly dated but well-equipped with dishwasher, large washing machine, large fridge freezer and tumble dryer. Underground car park - car hire in Cairns is very cheap and we were glad we had one as the temperature and humidity made walking unpleasant. Fortunately the air conditioning in the apartment worked well. Excellent value.

Very spacious and airy apartment on a quiet, secure complex where we felt safe. The apartment and grounds looked exactly like the photos. The pools were lovely too. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. We didn't have a car so didn't utilise the parking facility on offer, but found it easy enough to get to wherever we wanted to go in Cairns or surrounding areas. The apartment had all the comforts of home, nothing more you could ask for.

This was by far the best home we have stayed in! The location was amazing, the house was cozy and inviting, Wayne and Chris were very responsive and helpful when we had questions and the yard was very private and nice to hangout outside. We will forever recommend this home for any future guests! Thank you for having us Wayne and Chris!!

Lovely apartment with plenty of space and a good view

Wonderful stay, walking distances to restaurants, town, lagoon. Spotlessly clean, open plan. Incredible views in every direction. Great outdoor balcony. Full kitchen, fridge and laundry even a gift basket which is a cute touch. Definitely recommend and will stay again. 5 stars 🌟 🤩 ✨️

Beautiful, private apartment. The serenity pool only a few meters away was divine, especially given that you’re in a big resort. It didn’t feel like it. Use of tennis courts was terrific. Everything very comfortable in the apartment and great for self catering. Only suggestion I would make is to have a fan on the balcony. It was quite hot, and with no fan we didn’t sit out there as much. Would highly recommend, and stay there again if we returned to Palm Cove

Great location! Perfect spot for the cairns esplanade! Lisa was really helpful, let us know the building had aircon issues when we arrived and was very quick to get someone to come out and fix ours when it didn’t come back on.
