Communication with Lisa was wonderful. She always responded within 30 mins. A large groc store is across the street, 2 min walk. Co-op. Has EVERYTHING ! Inc. alcohol and flowers. Tram and bus stops within minutes. Quiet. Very clean and comfy ! and a good deal for the city of Zurich. looking forward to going back !

The apartment is exactly how described in the add. The only things to have in mind are that there are stairs to get to the building (if you are travelling with small kids you have to carry the buggy). Other than that everything was great. The are with the views of Zurich is very nice but yet you reach the city center in 15 minutes with public transportation. The laundry facilities were very good and always available, which is important if you stay for a longer time. Would recommend this apartment. Thank you Stephanie

This lovely little apartment is pristine, clean and well cared-for. The kitchen is well stocked, there’s a Nespresso machine (pods were there to get me started) and a microwave, fridge and hot plate. There’s access to laundry in the building, too, which I used. The hostess is friendly, responsible and proactive. The only caveat is the tiny sink in the bathroom (at best for hand-washing in a vanity bathroom). I used the kitchen sink instead, which worked just fine. It’s quiet and the bed is super comfortable and clean clean clean.

Everything as shown. Functional, practical, economical. Alex reimbursed some cost towards laundry as dryer was not working. Place is smaller than appears in photos. 5 mins walkable to Triemli - an important public transport node in Zurich. Grocery store 2 mins walk. Heating needs to improve, a few heaters in room will help. We requested for a heater and it was arranged promptly. Full length mirror was missing - we requested and 1 was arranged. 1 more required in other bedroom. Some small pots / pans in kitchen will help Alex save energy cost.
